Can you collect past due child support from a deceased Veteran?
I fail to see why a deceased Veteran would give a hoot about your child support. If you're asking about getting past due child support paid out of his estate, then that's a question for a lawyer, not WikiAnswers.

Your child support order has expired now what?
If the child is still under eighteen, then you need to get legal advice as to what comes next. Otherwise, you need to find another means of creating income.
Good question! how come terminated? Has to be a good reason to terminate support. Seems if you are out of state and the support is going thru child support agency likely a written letter could justify the request if the order is in thru California? Depends on if the state you reside in is collecting the support for you and sending it to Ca. Then go talk with them. They could notify Ca Child support and have cal petition the courts for you. What state is the order in? What state are you in? You could hire an attorney in that state to represent you. Seems it has to be a legal situation wouldn't you think.

What is the law concerning child custody in the Philippines?
I think the normal law is that the woman get sole custody in Philippines. The father can only get visiting custody. If they not married the woman get sole custody normally- the only think witch can chang this is she is unfitt to be mother. So if the father shall get sole custody in Philippines he have to go to courth- if he don't get an agryment with the mother to the kids. So fare so well. But how the mother can get a paper/profe that she have sole custody after Philippines law i don't know. In some situation the mother can need that-profe of sole custody to show to other country. Mybe she can go to a official office to get that- but whats that name? I don't know. I know she can go to the courth with that. And she can get a agrement with the father. But as i have understand from the Philippines Law she already have the sole custody to kids if she is not married- so then it have to be a Philippines office which can produce a paper a woman can show to other country-which profe the she have sole custody to her kid.
A dismissal of a case does NOT count as a conviction. However, the details in this case might matter.

No, only the biological or legal adoptive parent is financially responsible for the care of their minor child/children.

Can an ex-husband get a paternity test for a child born while married if he suspects infidelity?
I would say yes, however I wasn't able to find the code or case that backs it up.
Here's a page of links to find that answer http:/www.steveshorr.com/child_support.htm
The presumption of legitimacy holds that a child born during a marriage is the child of both spouses. The father's name is automatically placed on the birth certificate, and he is legally responsible for the child. If he denies fatherhood then a DNA test would be required, and if it is found that he is not the father, his name would not be placed/would be removed from the birth certificate and he would not be responsible for the child. However, there is a time limit for that (I want to say it is two years, but I'm not sure, and it may vary by state). After the time limit passes, it's too late. Even if a DNA test then proves he is not the father, it makes no difference, he is still responsible.
ALTHOUGH THIS IS A CASE OF PRESUMED FATHERHOOD, YOU CAN STILL BRING FORTH A CLAIM TO DETERMINE CUSTODY IF YOU CAN PROVE THAT YOUR WIFE WAS UNFAITHFUL AND HAVE GOOD REASON TO NEED A DNA TEST AND THAT SHE WAS LYING TO YOU.
ANSWER
You can get a DNA test but like is mentioned above there is a time limit and after it passes you are screwed. What a man should do in a case like this is fight tooth and nail for custody, and upon getting it fight for child support. If the woman thinks she will have to pay child support she just might change her mind and find a target that won't fight back. Of course a woman would never be so evil as to lie about who the kids dad is, wait, about a third of DNA tests prove that the bio dad is not the one they claimed. Justice be damned.
Can you relinguish your rights while being behind in child support in order not to be sent to jail?
No.
A termination of parental rights petition will not be accepted by the court until all arrearages have been paid.
Additionally, TPR petitions are not a means for a parent to be relieved of his or her responsibility to their child or children.
Judges rule on TPR's according to what is in the best interest of the children and generally grant the petition only when the issue is of the child being eligible for adoption.
If your 23-year-old daughter gets adopted do you still owe back child support?
How does a 23 year old get adopted? They are already adults. The back child support was until she was 18 (Perhaps until out of college). If you didn't pay it then, you still owe it. What happens since then doesn't eliminate your debt.
