I can rarely find Supre Sweets Cigars Perfectos .Sweet 'N Mild . What has happend?

Supre Sweets offer a pretty good smoke for a machine made cigar. The price is about half of other comparable brands (eg: Swisher Sweets, Dutch Masters, William Penn). That lower price offers far less mark-up per square inch of shelf space to the vendor. Pretty sure you can see where this is going. I personally enjoy Supre Sweets (smoother burn, more consistent product, slight flavor of vanilla all combine to suit me.) You can find Supre sweets easily on the internet. Place your order - enjoy your smokes. Answered by: ObviousAdvice@yahoo.com

How can you fix tears in cigar wrappers?

If you have a tear in the "head" end, the end you cut, you can lick it to attempt to hold it together and to keep it from sucking air. A tear in the "foot" end... if it is not affecting your draw, just smoke through it. You can cut it, but more than likely when you have a problem it is an indication of storage problems. A split that starts near the foot and continues just ahead of the burn can be a sign that your humidity is too low. It is also true that you can get a bad one every once in a while.

How does cigar juice work?

The "juice" is a solution you add to your humidification jars in the humidor. This product helps regulate the humidity inside the humidor.

- - - - -

"Cigar juice" is propylene glycol diluted with distilled water. All glycols (which are complex alcohols) absorb moisture from the air, or release moisture to the air, until the moisture level in the air and the water bound in the glycol are equal. Unlike almost all glycols, propylene glycol won't kill you if you ingest any. (It's used in medicines and some foods.)

If you have a compounding pharmacy in your area--it won't have the name of a chain on the door, and it'll probably be by the hospital--they will sell you a quart of pure propylene glycol cheaper than a bottle of cigar juice is. Add distilled water to it in a 1:1 ratio and put it in your humidifier. When you need to add more moisture to the humidifier, just use plain distilled water.
