Muslim boy should be circumcised. It is mandatory in Islam religion (and also Jewish, to my knowledge) that male born children must be circumcised. This is according to God revelations to Abraham (peace upon him). However, for Muslim girls it is not allowed.

why is circulatory system known as transport system

In the human body it is the respiratory system, the cardiovascular system and the dermal system that can take in oxygen or unwanted foreign matter. The digestive system is a circulatory system in a sense in that it works with the cardiovascular system to circulate nutrients, medication, water and other unwanted foreign matter.

The normal heart sounds are described as a lubb dubb. These sounds are due to the closing of the valves. If a murmur is heard, the valves are not closing properly and there is a back flow of blood. Also if the normal heart sounds are not in a rhythm, there is something wrong with the way the heart is working.
