The American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Urologists, both recommend that circumcision be performed only be doctors familiar with the procedure. The American Academy of Pediatrics has stated that there is no need for routine infant circumcision.

I'm 20 years old and circumcised, and am in the process of re-growing my foreskin by gentle tensioning. It will never be the same as the original, but I will regain some of the benefits to being intact.

It doesn't have any benefits worth mentioning. It is a religiously based and barbaric rite that disfigures and causes damage to the sensitivity of the penis. the foreskin is built to protect the glans of the penis. The removal of the fore skin results in the surface of the glans becoming covered in scar tissue leading to a reduction in sensitivity and a reduction in the pleasure of sex. The only advantage in circumcision is that people with poor hygiene are less likely to to get infections under their dirty foreskin.

when it was first done only the tip of the foreskin was removed. this did however remove the ridged band causing the fore skin to stay open rather then fit snugly around the front of the flaccid penis.the modern cut however totaly changes the foreskin and exposed the whole of the glans.

If you read carefully you will find that there is in fact no need to circumcise according to the bible . the new testament or Muslim religions. most muslims are not circumcised.
