What is the best way to be circumcised with the frenulum being excised also In other words how much foreskin should be removed in the circumcision?

The best way to be circumcised is not to be circumcised at all. Circumcision has no known medical benefit and has the risks of potential complications and adverse events following the procedure. Circumcision also decreases the sensitivity of the penis, resulting in decreased pleasure during sexual intercourse. Circumcision is generally only used to treat cases of phimosis (tight foreskin) that do not respond to the usual treatment of gradual stretching exercises with the use of a topical corticosteroid cream. When circumcision is medically necessary because of a tight foreskin (phimosis), typically as little foreskin as possible should be removed. Typically only the tight phimotic ring will need to be removed, meaning that 2-3 cm of the foreskin will be removed. If you wish to be circumcised for cosmetic reasons, you may have as much or as little of the foreskin removed as you would like. I would recommend against having the frenulum removed, as this would only result in making sexual intercourse less pleasurable. Radical circumcision is not recommended. It can cause painful erections and painful intercourse. It also desensitizes the penis, making orgams more difficult to achieve and less pleasurable. The frenulum should generally not be removed during circumcision. Religious groups performing circumcision have their own standards and expectations from the procedure. Traditionally, circumcision within Judaism and Islam has involved removal of only a few centimeters of the foreskin. However, in the United States most circumcisions remove the entire foreskin, so that none of it remains to cover any part of the penis head.

I want to get circumcised and I am 13?

You should discuss this with your parents, or if you are not comfortable with that you should discuss it privately with your doctor. It is fairly common in the United States for teenagers to want to be circumcised to resemble their friends or because they think girls prefer circumcised penises. However, circumcision can also have drawbacks including pain following the procedure, decreased sensitivity of the penis, and decreased sexual pleasure. A discussion with your doctor can help you decide if you really want to go through with having your penis circumcised.

The American Academy of Pediatrics has advised that the benefits of circumcision are not significant enough to recommed it as a routine procedure?

Well they're right. There are no reasons except forimediate medical problems and religious ones to perform circumcisions. I live in Sweden and here in Europe it's only done for those reasons. I've heard people say it's hard to clean but that is not true. Not harder then for us women. The foreskin is there for a reason which is to protect. It's not done as a routine anywhere in this world.

Is it normal for a bunny to excrete a flem-looking substance when pregnant?

Assuming you have not changed her diet (in which case it is probably diarrhea) then it sounds like she is in labour, try not to disturb her, rabbits usually give birth easily and without problems. If it is diarrhea (called scouring in rabbits) then feeding 6-7 blackberry leaves is a very good remedy.

Yes. His acquisition of Jewishness occurs at the moment of birth, when he would not yet have been circumcised anyway.

Continuing to be uncircumcised is a halakhic (Jewish legal) problem within Judaism, but a person does not forgo their Jewish nature or identity by failing to live up to the halakhah. There are, however, one or two commandments which an uncircumcised Jew may not take part in (such as offering the Passover sacrifice) on account of his failure to get circumcised (assuming it was by choice).

How long after a circumcision will it take for the frenulum to return to normal?

The normal state of the frenulum of the penis is to connect the foreskin to the glans and to restrict its movement beyond a certain point. During circumcision, the foreskin is removed along with the connecting portion of the frenulum. Therefore, the frenulum will not heal to "normal", but should heal to some other state.

If you feel there is a problem with the healing of the frenulum you should see a doctor.
