try making a anti-fairy deck with effect monsters to inflict damage 2 ur opponent with traps like magic cylinder, miniaturize, widespread ruin, ceasefire or spells like chain energy, shrink, the dark door, mystical space typhoon or monsters like Medusa worm, Des koala, wall of illusions

No, it can't. It can't even be activated if it was Set on the field, with no other S/T cards. To be able to legally activate it, there must be one other S/T card on the field for it to destroy.

It is a decent deck, though this is mainly opinion.

The major weakness of a Psychic deck is running out of LPs fairly quickly. Many Psychic cards require LPs to activate effects or are cause you to take damage, such as "Krebons", "Mind Protector", "Destructotron", or "Psychic Tuning".
There are, however, a handful of Psychic support cards that promote gaining LPs, mainly in the form of Trap Cards (and some monster effects). If Traps are shut down, there would be a problem as well.

No more than £2-3 for regular prints, maybe £1 extra for an Ultimate rare.

In anybody's opinion, the best spell HAS to be a Balance spell, because Balance spells are supposed to a mix of every other school... SO no matter WHICH school you like the best, it'll be part of Balance.
Now we just need to decide WHICH spell is the BEST... Let's just choose the most powerful... Judgement! That spell does 135 damage per pip.. so if you had 12 pips, it would do 1,620 DAMAGE! So... it matters how many pips you have... so if you had 20 pips, it would do 2,700 DAMAGE! The more pips, the more damage!
Now, in personal, there are a few spells like that that do the same thing... like Heck Hound... okay, you guys decide:
Vote: Judgement Heck Hound

yes there is. It's called the Summoner of Illusions. A Spellcaster LV3 Light monster with
ATK: 800 DEF: 900
Text: FLIP: Tribute 1 monster on your side of the field (excluding this monster). Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster Card from your Fusion Deck. The Fusion Monster is destroyed at the end of the turn this effect is activated.
Also you can use Metamorphosis but you must tribute 1 monster with the same Level as the Tributed monster.
there are other cards you can use. RESEARCH.

It depends, all structure decks are good but you should buy the deck that fits the best with you in strategy so check out the cards of each deck and you decide. In Match Duels (basically, you're playing best out of three with another duelist) a Side Deck can be used. A Side Deck is entirely separate from your main deck of cards and can only hold a max of 15 cards.
After a duel is completed, before the next duel starts each player can look at the cards from their Side Deck and swap them with cards in their Main Deck. Cards included in the Side Deck would be ones to counter and adjust your strategy now that you have seen your opponent's deck in action. You might want to include extra Spell/ Trap removal against this one strategy or remove a card from your deck that doesn't function well against your opponent. In any case, cards taken out of the Side Deck must be replaced with cards from your Main Deck and vice-versa.
Once players are done, the second duel begins. If there is a need to go into the third a final duel, each player can exchange cards in their Side Decks again if wanted.

The Egyptian God cards do not have passcodes at the bottom-left corner of their cards. In that corner, in simply states: This card cannot be used in a Duel.

Yes, you can use the trap card Ultimate Offering which you would have to pay 500 lifepoints for each extra normal summon, or there is a spell card called Double Summon which allows 2 normal summons.

They're still producing the duel disks in Japan, considering they're more huge & common there than here in the U.S. So there's a possible chance of them in development of a Zexal duel disk. But the results of there being one are highly unlikely. It's possible because Mattel & Konami have made a duel disk for every Yu-Gi-Oh! show.

The value on a yugioh card is determined by how useful it is and how hard it is to find it.
for example:
Solemn Warning: is a very useful card and is considerably hard to find, and has a value upwards of 40 dollars at the time of this answer
freya, spirit of victory: once a very hard card to find, but little use to the meta game, she ranged from 20-30 dollars, and upon reprint, dropped to about 12 dollars for the secret rare version.
dark hole: reprinted several times, but still considerably useful, even the common versions of this card are about 2-3 dollars in good condition.
random common with no notable play in the meta game 1/100th of a penny
random common with somewhat notable play in the meta game .50-5 bucks (average)
random rare with no notable play in the meta game, .25-1 buck.
random rare with somewhat notable play in the meta game 1-10 bucks
random hologram card with no notable play in the meta game, .50-5 bucks.
random hologram card with somewhat notable play in the meta game, 5-30 bucks.
well known meta game holo's. 5-100 bucks.
for more information on a specific card, consult the average prices on eBay and other card sale sites.

the post that used to stand here was mostly gibberish and lies so i removed it.
you throw it down on a card where one of your bakugan that are the same element as the trap is fighting. the symbols on the inside are the attributes you can change it into.

The correct amount of Monsters, Spells, and Traps helps a lot. You should have around 17-20 monsters and 20-23 spell and trap cards. You also need to have a focus, as I learned from reading a strategy guide a few (like 5) years back. Focuses can be a specific type, attribute, or strategy, i.e. a direct damage deck or "one finishing blow" decks that try to special summon high-level monsters.

Yes. You can. A "fun" duel is for "fun" and if your opponent agrees feel free to use it.
Just make sure you ask your opponent first. Although most people will not allow you to use them as it gives an unfair advantage. but u cant use them in proper tournament though

NO. Because the ProtoCyberDragon's effect states when this monster is face up on the field. Actually you can. But it can only be done for the Chimeratech Overdragon and would have to first use a normal Cyber Dragon. The Proto-Cyber Dragon acts as a machine monster for the remaining part of the fusion. - Vman23

there is no deck you can get it in. you can get yubel in a GX booster set called "phantom of darkness," but it's hard to get. i would recommend getting ra yellow mega packs they contain 1 rare, 1 super rare, 1 ultra rare, and 1 secret rare per pack. the yubel in the pack is a rare, and if you want a foil version, get "legendary collection 2" it contains a secret rare yubel, but the chances of you getting it is slim because there are over 200 different cards in the set. it is best to just buy it for $1 or around $3 for a foil.

they came out as a toy for burger king in 1999 which cost 1.99 cents back then, they can be worth around 15 through 20 dollars not much but its ok if you still have one i do and im thinking of selling it for 20 bucks its a mewtwo one
