1. Go to sign on screen
2. Put mouse over box just under "Username or Email" as if you're going to sign on.
3. Left click mouse once and the cursor should come on
4. Left click again and the drop list will appear with all the screen names you've signed on, even the mistakes
5. Move the mouse over the name you want to delete to highlight it
6. Hit and hold the Shift key and then hit the delete key

You could use the restore CD that came with it to restore the computer to new condition, losing all data.

There are special CD's that can be used to obtain the password. A computer shop or computer expert would likely have one or know where to get it.

It could be your graphics card. What happend the last time you had to shut down? Was it à normal shutdown or did the PC freeze so you had to reboot it? Another thing: do you see the bios first? ( the name of your motherboards manufacturer shows up) if so it could be the hdd too. Or even à virus, but the last 2 are only possible if you see the bios, otherwise you should check gpu CPU ram and motherboard.

Lay out paper towels and place the keyboard on them, turning it upside down overnight or at least 4 hours. Wedge your screwdriver beneath any keys that are adjacent to spilled soda and apply a gentle force down on the handle until the keys pop off. Dampen a cotton swab with water and dab the spilled liquid to dilute the sugar and loosen any caking that has occurred. Use a clean cotton swap to pick up the dried soda residue from the keyboard. Dampen a paper towel and lightly scrub the surface of the keyboard, then turn it upside down again. Wait another 4 hours while it dries before you push the keys back in place
