from her lmp her due date should be Sep 30, meaning she should have conceived Jan 9, give or take 5 days. Her due date is 20 days off. meaning her lmp would be Jan 14. she should have conceived around January 29, give or take five days, if she due on the 20th. ultrasounds aren't always completely accurate though. if she is completely sure of her lmp there is a possibility that both of your sperms could have been inside her around that time. You need a DNA test. but from the ultrasounds due date if she didn't cheat after jan11 it's definitely urs... ;)
Hmm tricky one. Working back from the due date doesn't result in a hard and fast conceived date as sperm can survive inside the human body for several days before firtalisation happens. However, December 26th through to January 11th is probably too long (sorry, didn't quite follow the dates).
I would ask for a DNA test as it will answer the question once and for all. Or, don't ask for a DNA test and accept the mother & child whoever's it is... :(
AnswerFrom the dates you gave above that would just be impossible. If she was to be 8wks on Dec. 26/07 she would be due sometime in June/08 which would make conception in and around Oct./07 sometime. If her due date given was Oct. 20/08 and she was to be 8wks at the time of your ultrasound then that would make her have a baby 12months later. Your dates don't match up at all if she is to be 8wks at this time. You had better check all your information correctly.periods are very annoying things...because the come whenever the heck they feel like it! it could be a few days late..maybe even a week or a a few days to a week early..so keep checking

Guy B's. If the ultrasound said 10 weeks pregnant that means that the embryo is only 8 weeks old. A pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period. Theoretically, you are considered pregnant roughly two weeks before you even concieve. Hope this helps.

My baby was born on May 20th but she was 7 days late, I conceived on August the 6th, this is a definite conception date as I my partner was away and returned on this date, when i then went for my scan they told me i was 13 weeks and 5 days, when we worked it back out it was definite the 6th August.
