Right now mostly GSF(Golden State Foods) makes the most ketchup PACKETS, but you know those machines that you press the button and ketchup comes out that's from Perfection Equipment Inc. Heinz also make some packets. And finally another company makes the ones that they use on burgers and stuff.

Well since 1 Tablespoon = 1/2 fluid ounce; I would only guess that 1 Tablespoon of any liquid would more or less weigh somewhere around the same amount as 1 Tablespoon of bacon bits. So my educated guess would be that 1 Tablespoon of bacon bits would equal roughly 1/2 ounce? It could be less or more though.

I did the math from the link above, and concluded there are .28 ounces in a single ketchup packet.
50packets/14ounces=1packet/x ounces
x ounces=14/50=7/25=.28 ounces
