I am hoping that you mean that you have daily or weekly (or something along those lines) disposables. My contacts are daily-disposables. There is no special way to dipose of contacts. You just take them off and throw them into the garbage. No special bag or special procedures. Nothing of the sort.

Now of course, if you don't want to throw them out, and you are going to wear them again, you have to pour special solution into the sterile case they give you and place them in that. The cases and the solution should come w/ the contacts.

But please remember that, if you wear daily disposables, you really should throw them out. If you save them and wear them again, it can cause infections in your eyes.
