We ahd problems with c\flat greasy cookies and the only problems was the age of the baking soda. Could have been something else but we could not think of any diffeerence otehr than the age of the soda.

Keep them in an air-tight container, away from any moisture, direct sunlight, and heat and in a cool environment and they will last (and still taste fresh) for a few days after baking.

Depends on big (or little) the jar is.

A bar cookie is a cookie shaped like a bar or a rectangle. These cookies are generally cooked as a single flat sheet (similar to a sheet cake or brownie) then are cut into rectangles and served.

It depends on the weight of the cookie. Standard cookie is 2-3 oz. sometime they are like 100 grams though. If you want .25 gram rocks, multiply the grams by 4 (ex. 100 grams=400 rocks), for .2, it's 5 $20 rocks per gram.

It's alot better to get the soft and cook it yourself. You could end up with soap, or some very cut stuff. Buy 2 ounces for 1550, and do it that way.

Unsalted butter, sugar, powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cake flour and assorted jams for piping in the middle of the cookie.

The Juliette cookie was a limited time Girl Scout cookie sold in the early 90s. It had a shortbread base, with caramel and nuts, encased in chocolate. It was sold in a teal box.

5 T melted butter
1 c superfine sugar
1 pinch salt
1 t vanilla extract
4 large egg whites
1 c flour
5 T milk
Preheat fortune cookie maker. Combine egg whites and sugar and whisk until frothy. Sift flour and salt into egg white mixture and stir until there are no lumps. Add remaining ingredients and stir until batter is thick and smooth. Cook 1 T of batter in each cookie form. Bake for 2 minutes, maximum (I found 1m40s worked better). Remove and place fortune in center and then quickly fold using the supplied folding tool.
