What is correct knit or knitted?

Both are used. I would use knit as a verb and knitted as an adjective, but these days you often see knit used as an adjective too.

Where can you find a tigger knitting or crochet pattern?

Okay, I was able to find a crochet pattern for Tigger, either as a stand alone .pdf for sale (Craftsy website attached), or in the Leisure Arts #3262 (or # ) book: "Disney Pooh & Friends." You can see if that might be available in your library, or look online to purchase the book.

Finding a knit pattern was much harder. It appears that at one time, there was a knit kit, from Designer Stitches

I did find a Tigger Illusion Afghan pattern for free (photo on Ravelry link, and pattern on Tigger Illusion link), which appears to be the only thing I could find as far as a knitting pattern

What is knitted?

There is actually no such thing.

Muesli became popular in the 1960s mostly adapting the original recipe and substituting milk as the soaking liquid rather than the original water and lemon juice (or Orange Juice). Originally it was tied in with the vegetarian movement and in the 1970s with the hippy movement in the UK.

The phrase "knit their own muesli" was originally part of a derogatory description - often associated with the British Liberal party who conference attendees were characterized as "long haired, bearded, sweater and sandal wearers who knit their own muesli".

Jeremy Paxman in his book "The Political Animal" describes the Liberal Party conferences of the era as "a place to wonder whimsically about what would happen if they ruled the world and everybody knitted their own muesli".

What are the types of knit fabric?

1. Garter Stitch: either all knit stitch or all purl stitch. This fabric has small ridges on back and front, making it reversible, and one of the most basic fabrics

2. Stockinette Stitch: knit one row, purl one row. This fabric is smooth with V's on one side and ridges on the other. It is the most popular stitch, often used for socks, sweaters, hats, and other clothing items

3. Rib Stitch: ROW 1:knit one, purl one ROW 2: Knit into knitted stitches, purl into purled stitches. This fabric has vertical "stripes" of V's and ridges. It reversible, thick, stretchy, and often used on cuffs and collars

* you can also form a double rib by using a knit 2, purl 2 pattern

4. Seed Stitch: ROW 1: knit one, purl one ROW 2: knitted into purled stitches, purl into knitted stitches. This is a thin, decorative fabric and my personal favorite

By combining these four basic fabrics, you can make hundred of other patterns to suit your liking

How do you interlock a crochet stitch?

They actually have a magazine put out by Crochet Magazine called "Interlock Crochet Magazine." I bought it once and did some interlock.

Basically, what you need to do is practice a bit before using this stitch. It produces a very tight stitch with no holes and very little stretch--perfect for making crochet straps for those cute little tube tops and spaghetti strap dresses. Also good for trivets and pot holders. Good for yarns that stretch where you don't want holes (across chest maybe?)

It is recommended that you start with a "chainless foundation". Unlike this stitch, which I could find no other directions for on the internet, there are lots and lots of websites with pics and you tube videos on that.

Just for practice, tho, make a daisy chain of about 13 chains.

The trick to this stitch is to "interlock" the last stitch with the next one. But for now, let's keep it simple and do a basic single crochet to start. Next row, I'll tell you how to turn and interlock.

Practice swatch:

1) Ch 13. Hook thru 2nd chain, draw up loop, YO, draw thru one loop, YO, draw thru 2 lps on hook, 1 sc made (not interlocked, see #3 below to interlock on turns).

2) *Look at your hook, there are now 2 loops on your hook. working in front of lps, place hook thru 2nd loop from hook (or loop bet. hook and chain) AND down thru next stitch. YO and draw thru stitch AND 1 loop on hook. YO, draw thru 2 loops.* repeat * to * until end of chain.

3) at end of row, chain 2 and turn. place hook thru 2nd chain in front and down thru next stitch from front, YO pull thru stitch AND loop on hook. YO, pull thru two loops.
