While most embedded systems computers are not equipped with secondary storage, there are some that do have secondary storage. Such secondary storage when present is usually some kind of nonremovable Flash drive (although sometimes the Flash drive is removable, e.g. SDHC card).

The reason most embedded systems computers are not equipped with secondary storage is that the application code is relatively small and no updates are expected to be needed, also the size of RAM is predetermined and the program must run in realtime so the use of virtual memory on disk is not desirable as it can produce unpredictable delays resulting in missing of realtime deadlines.

The primary advantage of OLAP data storage is better performance for accessing multidimensional data. OLAP systems are also accompanied by calculation engines and data manipulation languages. The best secondary storage device that I have found is a Desktop External Drive. They are USB run and can easily be connected to the computer or disconnected. Pen or Thumb Drives do not have a large amount of space, like External Drives have, and Thumbs can be easily lost.

Go to settings an go all the way down to iCloud then clear things on that.Also delete songs tht u dot need and delete apps if u don't play them or use them. Another thing u can do is put ur apps in folders

My company has grown to the point where offsite document storage has become necessary. What are my options for business storage facilities and what are some of the security levels offered?

There are many items which can be used to backup data. There are two major types of backup, offsite and local. An offsite or online backup can be made using a web service to backup one's data, or by keeping the a local backup medium in a physically separate location. Some local backup storage devices include an external hard drive, CD's/DVD's/Bluray's, and USB flash drives.

I would say a DVD ROM is. as so are CD ROMs floppy disc's and USBs. They are all inserted into the hard drive
