Well, not too bad, it depends on the person. I had mine out at the same age and for like a half hour after the surgery my mouth was numb. It took exactly 7 days after the surgery for my mouth to feel back to normal, and FYI you can't tell that the teeth were there before or after the surgery. I couldn't eat anything before the surgery, so I was hungry as hell when I came home, only problem was I couldn't eat solid or hot foods.
