Mechanical digestion must come first because it helps break down food

I have a dilema. I'm 17 and I want to move out. I won't lie. I don't have financial burdens, but I do have a limit on freedom. I am not on drugs. I don't even smoke cigarettes. I'm not having sex, but I just want out. I make a substantial amount of money for my age...I have a friend that has invited me to stay with her as long as she wont get in trouble. She doesn't do drugs or alcohol and is the main provider for her two young nephews. She is more of a mother to them than their own. I would be still going to school and getting my education and still going to college. I just want to go now because my parents don't let me do anything and my dad is a dictator. I'm a free-spirited independent girl, and I will end up hurting him before I let him run me. He just came home from Iraq permanently so I have got to go! I don't want to go through the whole emancipation process. By the time I get emancipated I will already be legal. Any suggestions? BTW: I have no criminal history and my grades are substantially good. He would still put me in Juvenile...any prevention tips I could use?

The rectum (Latin for "straight") is an 8-inch chamber that connects the colon to the anus. Humans can't digest roughage (eg. cellulose) because of the beta linkages that hold the glucose molecules together. Humans don't have enzymes that can break these linkages.

The main functions of the digestive system is to digest the foods you eat, absorbs those nutrients from the foods you eat, and disposes of the waste product (poop).

The two main types of digestion is chemical and physical digestion. Physical digestion is the physical breakdown of food, using your teeth, called mastication.

Chemical digestion uses different fluids and chemicals in your body to break down the food further, such as pepsin and hydrochloric acid.

At the small intestine, the food turns into chyme, which is semi-digested food, but not quiet yet waste products. The nutrients in the chyme then gets absorbed by the villi, which is the inside lining of the small intestine.

The large intestine takes water out of the chyme, and turns it to fecal matter. It is then pushed to the rectum which is the last part of the large intestine, then out the anus and into your toilet.

The digestive system refers to the system from the mouth to the bowels. It is the system that the body used to draw nutrients from food and to eliminate waste.

The mouth is the beginning of both mechanical and chemical digestion. Chewing breaks the food into smaller pieces and the saliva wets the food but also adds an enzyme called amylase that begins the digestion of carbohydrates.
