What is the value of Yamaha Yd series drums and what did they sell for new?
The 5 piece set with a Yamaha hi-hat and 20" ride was $600 around 2002. Didn't include crash cymbal. It's a good set I see them listed used for
$450 - $800 depending on the cymbal upgrades.
Where do you start if you want to go about getting your tubes untied?
I started my search at my OB/GYN's office. She referred me to a few local doctors who can do Tubal Reversals, but they were all pretty expensive. So I took my search to the internet. There are several websites that list doctors by state. Go to Google or Yahoo and type Tubal Reversal in the search box. There are also several support sites on MSN and Yahoo Groups.

You can not be guilty of an offside offense when directly receiving a throw-in, goal kick, or corner kick. This does not include any plays stemming from these restarts. Once the ball is controlled by anyone, normal offside rules apply once again.
