I pray that all is well and that everything is healthy! Not to be alarmed but this is what happened to my sister....

She had taken a pregnancy test that showed that she was pregenant, she went to the doctors and received a positive blood test results. She went back for a listen and a sono and they found nothing. Come to find out, her ovalry had a tumor growth and gave her a false positive result. Hope this might help.

You also may have what is known as a blighted ovum, meaning that conception took place and the placenta and sac developed, but the embryo never did.

There are two natural ways, one being when u ovulated u had one fertilized egg that split into two, which also would make them identical twins, and two when you ovulated there were two eggs that both got fertilized. Hope this helps. I have identical twins.
