  • Peppermint Oil - Generally good for you. But too much will cause stomach upset and heartburn. You should also avoid peppermint oil if you have a hernia or stomach ulcer.
  • Talcum Powder - Talcum powder is actually crushed and grinded volcanic rocks. Outside the body the powder is useful for skin issues. However inside the body it can clog up arteries to your heart and block passageways to your lungs. In the long term this can cause heart attacks or respiratory arrest.
