But I disagree about rights. If there is a Substitute Teacher's Union or state organization in place, then there are rights. This is very rare. The truth is that a sub has no one to advocate for her or him. Three complaints (perhaps) and you can lose your job, even after years of work. If you are a retired teacher in the district & return to your old school, this of course is different. Everyone knows you. However, if you rotate among all the many schools in the district as I do, you rarely get to know anyone. The complaint arrives, the teacher and principal have never seen your face. There is a vulnerability in this situation that is hard to accept.

The most important feature of a scientific hypothesis is that it is testable. Another feature that is related is the attribute of being 'falsifiable', or otherwise capable of being proven incorrect. For instance, it's almost impossible to disprove 'there's intelligent life on other planets', and as such that would not work as a hypothesis.

To make a Teacher's Day card:

1. Collect some craft supplies. Construction paper or card stock, pens, pencils, markers, crayons, glue, stickers, paint, paintbrushes, sequins/glitter, ribbons, magazines for cutouts, etc.

2. Fold the construction paper or card stock in half, like a card.

3. On the outside of the card, you can write "Happy Teacher's Day, [teacher's name]!", with decoration such as a drawing, painting, border, stickers, design, etc.

4. On the inside, you can write a short note, thanking your teacher for his/her dedication to education, for helping you and teaching you, for making a difference in the community, etc. You could also write a quote about the importance and the value of teachers in society (for example, "A teacher takes a hand, opens and mind, and touches a heart").

5. You can accompany the card with a gift, or just give the card to your teacher.

Because it can hurt their feelings and get you in trouble. Teachers are in a position of authority.

And, the teacher holds the key to your future in his hands. It is not generally a good idea to upset someone in such a position, and disobeying him is a likely way to upset him.

YES! teaching is a system. Teaching is made up of different components that need to work in concert for the objective of the lesson to be achieved. the components are;

1. the teacher

2. the students

3. teaching learning materials

4. the subject matter and

5. the environment the teaching and learning is to take place

these components need to be combined in an effective way before lessons objectives can be met.

It's a comedy because the Countess Olivia falls in love with a girl who is pretending to be a boy named Cesario, however, 'Cesario' or real name Viola, has a twin brother called Sebastian (They were separated at a ship wreck, and if you are wondering why shes pretending to be a boy its because she needs work to earn money) and Olivia bumps into Sebastian thinking its 'Cesario' and she repeats her love for 'Cesario' to Sebastian. Olivia asks Sebastian to marry her, Sebastian however is completely oblivious to whats happening but seen as Olivia is beautiful he agrees. In the end all the confusion of identity works out, and Olivia keeps her vows to Sebastian and 'Cesario' comes clean about being a girl and the Duke who she is deeply in love with finally realises that he loves her.
