What time does a teacher start work?
Mostly it depends from the contract but my contract of a third grade teacher is from 7am to 3pm.
As a general rule, teachers are required to be at school for a minimum of seven hours a day.
In Australia, formal hours range between 8am or 8:30am to 3pm or 3:30, but any dedicated teacher works far more than that, assessing, preparing lessons, organising equipment, photocopying notes and papers, etc.
Which one is grammatically correct respectful with teacher or respctful to his teacher?

What are the professional qualities of teachers in US?

Why do teachers give students a failing grades?
In the principle's mind:
Student is Tabula Rasa.
Teacher is there to fill the empty space.
Time goes by. Exams arrive.
Student does badly.
Teacher has failed to teach.
Normally this isn't a problem on its own as some students are just too dense/disinterested to be taught, but if multiple students are all doing badly, it's often (not always) a sign that the teacher cannot interest them enough in the subject for them to learn.
Especially in a private school, it's easier to kick out and replace one "failing" teacher than it is to kick out and replace multiple paying students(/customers.)
Why there is emphasis of self assessment?
Self-assessment is one of the highest forms of intellectual thought. It allows a person to assess what they know without formal testing resulting in saving money and quicker learning.
How can I persuade a student to tell me what's wrong?
Be patient and continue to reassure the child that you are a safe person to talk to. Let them know that NOTHING they tell you will change the fact you love/care for them and they will not get into trouble for telling you what is bothering them. Then make sure you are available to the child. Be persistent but not forecful and if necessary talk to your schools psychologist/social worker on staff for more suggestions and/or assistance.
Most importantly, do not push. Pressing the student for info is likely to drive them further away.
Be careful what you promise too. If some sort of criminal activity has taken place, and the student does confide in you, in the US you will be required by law to report it, and once reported, what results will be entirely out of your hands, and will not be pleasant for the student or anyone else involved.
Tread carefully.

Should teachers get paid more if there students pass?

Why do some teachers and professors teach too fast?
There is a certain amount of material that needs to be covered in a finite amount of time. Unless you're finding yourself around Thanksgiving going "Wow, we're already done with the book, guess we can just come to class to sit around and sip coffee for the rest of the semester" the teacher is not teaching too fast... you're learning too slow.
Name the part of his job that a teacher probably hates the most?

Behavioural issues in the classroom, and doing playground duty, are also something teachers prefer to avoid.

Can a school principal blackmail a student and keep his job?
Yes, not all blackmail is illegal or undesirable. For example, "Go to detention or I will call your parents," is technically a form of blackmail, but hardly illegal.
If the blackmail is illegal, the blackmailer should be arrested. This assumes that someone aside from the blackmailer and the person who is being blackmailed knows about the blackmail. If not, it is unlikely that the person who is being blackmailed will tell anyone they are being blackmailed and the principal isn't going to say anything. The school principal should not be allowed to keep their job, but if no one knows about it, there is no one to complain about it.
