Are electronic medical records secure and classified?

Confidentiality and privacy are major concerns when it comes to electronic medical records. Each medical institution spends a lot of money and resources to keep these files secure. Of course there is always a risk of their systems being hack and compromised.

What brands of electronics does Micro Center sell?

Mirco Center specializes in hand-held electronics. This includes MP3 players, phones, tablets, GPS, etc. Hence the word "micro in their name, meaning "small".

What electronics stores offer the most reasonable prices for equipment to set up a home server?

Decide exactly what's needed to set up a home server, and then start shopping! For a local purchase, Best Buy is usually a good choice. Many small, local computer or electronics stores also have great deals--check a local business to business directory to find area businesses.

Where can one go to find Samsung electronics online?

Samsung products can be found on most electronic retailers online. It is suggested to first research the product of interest at Samsung's website first.

What is the best reader that you can get?

I would have to say NOOK by Barnes and Nobles is the best. They don't have as many app choices but there are a lot of books for better prices and they have a ton of more options than others.

Is it possible to make an Electronic Pest Repellent using Arduino and make ultrasound from 30khz to 200khz frequency?

Yes it is possible to make an Electronic Pest Repellent using Arduino and possible to make ultrasound for 30khz to 200khz frequency; you must make a rectangle signal with a frequency and amplify it with transistors.

What is the advantage of a system with more than one type of output?

The most common multi output systems are used for getting differential output. i.e., if V1 and V2 are the 2 outputs, then usually the difference, V2-V1 or V1-V2 is used.

What is the name for electronic volumes?

I might be wrong here, but it seems to me that an electronic volume is just a hard disk drive, or a subdivision of one set up in its own partition.

Is dishwashing machine electronic?

A simple dishwasher is an electric but not necessarily an electronic appliance, as the control logic might well be implemented with electromechanical devices such as stepper motors and rotary switches, bimetal temperature switches, relays, and so forth.

Most modern dishwashers will be electronic appliances, as they are likely to include electronics, typically including a mini computer, to control the user interface and the dish washing programs. Replacing mechanical with electronic components typically promotes a longer lifespan of the appliance, and micro-processor controlled devices can make more complex decisions, for example leading to reduced washing time, minimized heating energy or a reduced amount of waste water.

What is the philippine electronics code?

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5734

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5734 - THE ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES

SECTION 1. Title of Act. This Act shall be known and cited as the "Electronics and Communications Engineering Law of the Philippines."

SECTION 2. Practice of Electronics and Communications Engineering. (a) No person shall offer himself in the Philippines as, or use the title "Electronics and/or Communications Engineer" or any word, letter, figure, or sign whatsoever, tending to convey the impression that he is an electronics and/or communications engineer, or advertise or indicate in any manner that he is qualified to perform the work of an electronics and communications engineer without holding a valid certificate of registration as electronics and communications engineer issued by the Board in accordance with this Act, except as provided under Section eleven hereof. (b) It shall be unlawful for any firm, company, or corporation, to offer itself to the public as electronics and communications engineer without the certification, supervision and/or guidance a duly registered electronics and communications engineer.

SECTION 3. Registration ² Certificates of Registration. ² A certificate of registration for electronics and communications engineer shall be issued to any applicant who passes the examination hereinafter provided upon payment of the required fees: Provided, That, the first Board may issue within a period not exceeding two years from the composition of the said Board, a certificate of registration as electronics and communications engineer, without the necessary of undergoing the examination herein prescribed to its members and to any applicant who, with his application for registration as electronics and communications engineer, shall present evidence or other proof satisfactory to the Board showing (a) that he has a specific record of at least ten years of active practice in electronics and/or communications engineering, (b) that he is of a responsible character indicating that he may be entrusted to perform or render professional electronics and/or communications engineering service as defined in this Act, and (c) who is a bonafide member of any officially registered association of electronics and communications engineers in the Philippines. Every certificate of registration shall show the full name of the registrant with a serial number, and shall be signed by the members of the Board, attested to by the Secretary of the Board of Examiners and duly authenticated by the official seal of the Board. The certificate of registration issued by the Board to the registrant shall be evidence that the person named therein is entitled to the rights and privileges of a registered electronics and communications engineer while said certificate remains in force or unprovoked.

What is full rated output of dc motor?

It's the maximum mechanical power (either in horsepower or kilowatts) that the motor can deliver without overheating or overloading.

You need to look at the nameplate (if it has one), or get the manufacturer's specs.

It's difficult to know what the output is otherwise.

Does cricket have mytouches 4g slide?

no i tried asking for you yesterday only t-mobil has them Sorry

Why is the negative peak of the carrier wave discarded by a diode in demodulation?

It's caused by the action of the diode.

A diode conducts when its anode is positive to its cathode,

or...

when its cathode is negative to its anode.

The above statements are saying the same thing.

You circuit is applying the carrier wave to the anode, and taking output from the cathode.

The diode will conduct and pass the positive peaks of the carrier from its anode to its cathode and through to the load (next component/s after the diode), but diode action will not permit conduction any time when the carrrier wave swings into negative voltage on the anode.

You *could* turn the dioe around - then you would get only the *negative* peaks of the carrier wave passing through to the load.

What is m ary encoding?

M-ary encoding is the process of encoding the 'q' source symbol output alphabets into 'k' symbol code (k>q) such that each k code-word is of length M.

E.g: If a source emits 4 symbols A B C D and if we use 2-ary(binary- with two alphabets 0 & 1) encoding, the code-words can be:

  1. A-00
  2. B-01
  3. C-10
  4. D-11 OR ANY OTHER COMBINATIONS DEPENDING ON THE ENCODING SCHEME

What rules are used when drawing circuit diagrams?

This question is like asking what is the meaning of life. this needs clarification but...

If you are drawing circuit by hand, for electrical component symbols. you may want to refer to "JIS C 0617" (google it). These are common symbols used in electrical engineering when defining by looking at what the components are.

If you are drawing by using a PC, there are several free software available when drawing circuit diagrams. It all depends on what your final needs are. If you are just starting off you may want to play with program called "LTSPICE". This will allow you to draw and simulate your design. For more advanced you may want to try program such as "Altium". You will be allowed to draw circuit up to doing the PCB designs.

I hope that helps you to start.

Which is the best inverter?

I'd say it was Alexander Graham Bell. He invented the early telephone that evolved into modern Ipods.

Does current depend upon the number of flowing electrons or energy of elecrons?

"energy of elecrons" - I guess you mean of *electrons*.

Current is the measure of the number of electrons flowing past a point: one amp of current is about 6.2415093×1018 electrons per second
