More important, answering NO to all of these questions doesn't absolutely mean there's no problem -- just that the likelihood of a problem is diminished. Personally, I think if all your answers are NO, you're okay, and I'd show it to the doc next check-up. But if you're the least bit worried, call your doctor and ask over the phone. As it's been around a year, it doesn't sound like something bad will happen in the next day or two.
