If you are refering to the key to the double doors beyond M.A.R.Go.T. you can just talk to her after getting the senate id, or a skill check. If you are talking about the key to the capital waste land, you get that after getting the fuse. The fuse is on the main sentry robot.

if you play it on really low graphics,it can hold it pretty decently i guess but you will lose so much on the quality of the game that i would prefer finding smthn else to play it on

There are twenty bobbleheads scattered about the Capital Wasteland, here's the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. bobbleheads;
- Bobblehead - Strength: found in Megaton: Lucas Simms' House, on the desk in the bedroom (the door to your immediate left at the top of stairs) on the second floor. His house is directly to the right when you enter Megaton.
- Bobblehead - Perception: found in Republic of Dave: In the Museum of Dave, on a bookshelf to the right of the room.
- Bobblehead - Endurance: found in Deathclaw Sanctuary: Inside entrance, on a small platform next to the rotting brahmin corpse.
- Bobblehead - Charisma: found in Vault 108: Cloning Lab, on top of a table in a large room with four beds
- Bobblehead - Intelligence: found in Rivet City: Science Lab, downstairs on one of the tables in the center of the lab, next to the lockers. The Science Lab can be reached through the Midship Deck and the Upper Deck.
- Bobblehead - Agility: found in Greener Pastures Disposal: In the office, on the desk next to a terminal.
- Bobblehead - Luck: found in Arlington Cemetery North: In the Arlington House on a hill near the center of the cemetery. It is on a shelf in the basement.

Once in the Living Quarters take a left, cross the small bridge in the atrium, then take a right and enter the second door on your left. Follow this hall all the way to the end, kill the insane survivor and cross the room to where the Bobblehead is located.
- Bobblehead - Small Guns: found in National Guard Depot: National Guard Armory, sitting on a shelf in the sealed storage room in the basement. The switch for the utility door to access the armory is found on the 3rd floor that can only be reached by going through the Depot Training Wing and Depot Offices.
- Bobblehead - Sneak: found in Yao Guai Tunnels: Yao Guai Den, on top of a metal box north east of the big pool of water.
- Bobblehead - Speech: found in Paradise Falls: Eulogy's Pad, on the table right next to the terminal.
- Bobblehead - Unarmed: found in Rockopolis: The entrance (a large boulder) is below a party banner that is lit up at night. The bobblehead is next to a dead ghoul's body.
What happens when you blow up megaton fallout 3?
You will gain the approval of mister Burke, 1000 caps (speech success) and a room in Tennpenny tower, better than the crappy room in megaton from the sheriff. You will see the majestic explosion even though it's killing innocents and turning them into radiated beasts. However if you don't gain the information you need from it before blowing it up, you won't be able to continue story mode.
