At five weeks, your baby is about the size of a sesame seed. This week your baby will already be working hard and it will developing the placenta and amniotic sac. It will also develop a heart beat this week and gain circulation of blood through the body. This is also the week your baby will start to develop the brain as well as the nervous system, reproductive and cardiovascular system! Your baby is about 2 millimeters long and weighs less than one gram!

Oh you can't tell it that way. You need to do a ultrasound for that so they can see. You can't just truest the heartbeat.

The growing baby has wastes and needs oxygen and nutirnets through out its time in the womb... The placenta holds many tiny cappilaries( very small blood vessels) Half are babies, and half are moms. These blood vessels run very close to each other.. The oxygen and nutrients that the baby needs are diffused from the mothers cappilaries to the babys cappilaries. In other words the oxygen and nutrients in the mothers blood is passed to the babys blood with out touching, the tiny particles are small enough to go through the walls of the cappilaries. These much needed nutrients are then taken to the baby through the imbilical cord.

The baby also makes many waste products, carbon dioxide, urea(what makes up most of urine), extreme amounts of water, and salt are a few.. These waste go through the imbilical cord, to the babies tiny cappilaries in the placenta. Then it diffuses into the mothers cappilaries in the placenta.. The mother then gets rid of these waste products.

women have hystertomies because they are having problems with fibroids( large benign bleeding tumours) that cause discomfort and pain, if they are not removed they can become cancerous.

NO WAY! At one week the baby is way too tiny to be felt...people can barely detect that there is a baby at this stage. I'm 7 months pregnant and didn't feel the baby kick until 6 months into it. I heard if you're REALLY skinny you might feel it at 3-4 months, but that's in special circumstances.
