There are JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG, DIB, TIFF as common formats, and more.

Several video file extensions are used, which normally represent different file formats. Some of the commonly used extensions include AVI, MP4, MKV, but there are several others as well.

I have used a program called Pavtube Video Converter Ultimate which is able to do this conversion. I do not remember if it was a free download or if I paid for it. It also has the capability to edit audio files. I haven't used it, so I cannot say for sure if it has this particular feature, but I guess it's worth a try.

I don't believe that is possible, because JPEG files are still images. If you were tp convert a GIF image into a JPG image, it will no longer be animated.

A BMP, or basic metabolic panel, is a routine part of a medical exam or physical. You can't change a PSD file into an INDD file because the INDD format isn't an image format - they're text files. The capitalisation of a file extention almost never matters. The Windows OS is confirmably case-blind when it comes to file extensions, and although I'm not 100% sure about whether Macs are the same, I've been able to open .JPG and .PDF (as opposed to .jpg and .pdf) files on my Mac with no problem. Some of the less common OS's (such as Linux) are case-sensitive, but I'm going to assume you use either a Mac or a PC.

It depends on what type of camera you used. You can check by right clicking and clicking properties to see what type. (Your camera might automatically create the files as MP4s.) If you clicked "make movie" on movie maker, it usually saves the movie as an mp4 file, although you can change this. In order to save the movie for further editing you must simply click the "save" button. If Movie Maker still doesn't want to open the file try renaming it as a wmv file.

MNG, or Multi-image Network Graphics is an extension of the PNG file format. MNG files can be animated, but are often used much less than the widely supported GIF file format.
