It's a fish that doesn't move or function and it floats. They are poisonous so don't touch them or you'll die. If it's decaying that means that the fish scales are falling off and being absorbed by the water which would make the water toxic.

yes you can move them we have a pond full of 60 fish all shapes and sizes. we have to move the fish eggs as the other fish will eat them otherwish. i would move them if you have other fish with them as they may eat them and depending on how big the other fish are, when they are born they may be to small so be eaten again. hope this helps its safe to move them xx

please help I have anchor worm in my fish tank, my molly keeps pooing for the last 5 days or so I don't know if its the worms or poo, they are sometimes long and some time curly, I have seen an anchor worm moving up my aquarium glass about 8cm long, but that's the only one iv seen move.
I have 7 fish, 1 molly, 6 others don't know what they are sorry, 1 assassin snail, 3 live plants and its a 64L tank. Iv been to the pet show and they said they are looking in to it and I got my water tested there all ok.
