If it is skipping or "glitching", it means the audio buffer is probably too small and needs to be increased. This is normal for FL Studio to have the default too low, so often as your song becomes more complex using a costly generator and effect to your CPU, the song starts to glitch. For the best playback results, go to the audio settings and set the buffer to maximum and check the safe overrides box. For maximum live playing from a MIDI controller keyboard or the PC keyboard, lower the buffer range.

You might prefer a WK 3500 VSTi plugin instead. It is far more versatile that the Casio itself and you can fully integrate the module with the mixer and any other effect plugins you may have. FL Studio has an automatic controller preset specifically for that device to use as a controller in the MIDI settings. Though FL will not control the sounds from your device, you can use the device to control FL Studio. Simply select the Keystation as the controller and assign a MIDI port for it to use. Select the Keystation controller type preset to have it set all the knobs and sliders itself.

If the Casio is has a MIDI output, you can use it as a MIDI controller, but you wont be able to use the patches in the unit. If the Casio just has an RC out, you can plug in into the PC and have FL Studio record the Casio output using the Edison plugin.

Roger Troutman used a talkbox, which is a modulation stomp box with a tube sticking out of it that you plug in between your synth/guitar and speaker/amp. It would be nearly impossible to reproduce the sound of a Roger Troutman talkbox in FL Studio, but the best way to attempt to emulate it would be to use an autotune and vocoder plugin. It would be much simpler to buy a $100 talkbox than to spend over $100 on a decent autotune and vocoder plugin.

You can use any audio file in WAV, OGG or MP3 format and add it as either a sample or an audio clip to your FL project. If you want to make a recording directly into FL, then use the Edison plugin. Once you finish your recording, you can use Edison to edit the audio before FL asks you where and how to save it and then add it automatically as another audio clip.

FL (Fruity Loops) Studio is unfortunately not free software, but there is a free demo which does everything the full version does except for saving. The demo is just as good if you can't afford the software.

If you mean to use personally, then yes. The FPC drum loop presets and drum samples are basically a guide, if you view the piano roll and see how it is created. You can load any sample you own legally into the FPC pads and recreate any beat you like.

If you want to use the loops commercially, if the samples used are free for use, if it sounds good and it is original, then it is legal and you can probably copyright them yourself, provided the FPC module and FL Studio are legitimate and their commercial usage is permitted.

Always remember that any music that is original, not plagurized in any way, samples included (unless with excplicit permission by the original artist or distributor/s), the usage of software, modules and plugins are legitimate or permitted, then it is legally yours free to do with as you see fit.

If you are referring to an audio sample specifically designed to run in FL Slicer, then you can not remove the slices, but you can rearrange them to work in your favor. In FL Slicer, you can load in any audio sample and slice it up any way you see fit in the piano roll, but the actual sound file contains no marker data that will effect anything except for the looping properties in FL and you can edit that too or disable it completely.

FL Studio is a host application and therefore does not need "kits" of any kind, only plugins. If you mean samples, then FL comes with many to use out of the box, although you can add as many as you like from other sources. There are many free samples and plugins to find online and there are just as many commercial products you can buy.
