It saves data for a PSP, a lot how the PS3 does with a hard drive. Since the PSP is small, SONY used a memory stick to be able to fit in all of the other parts in it. With a memory stick, you can place in music, videos, games, etc. on the PSP, unlike Game Boy's, Nintendo DS's, etc., where they save in their cartridges, which is pretty dumb, so pretty much, memory sticks allow the PSP to have more features than all of the other portable systems out so far.

You get by defeating Eddy after the robo cup. To get to Eddy, defeat all grudge matches and underground matches. To go to the underground defeat 12 grudge match people then battle a dude near you clubhouse. He will give you a dark commander's mark and the indigo set. then go to the left-bottom house in the harbor district and talk to the person inside. Then go down the ladder. The under ground people have reqiurments. To get illegal parts buy it in the middle room.They are not cheap. Grudge matches also have requirments. The people will be scattered all around. After you are done with the grudge matches and underground matches, goto your clubhouse. He is equipped with mistral and AIRS stuff(special military weapons). I advise you sta far away from him because his AIRS gun is kinda short ranged. He's also going to use soulboost. After you beat him he will give you mistral but I'd rather use tempest or hurricane because they are a little better.

You can play it on an Xbox 360, but not on a regular old Xbox. It is impossible for multiple reasons, mainly because the security is too tight, and the old Xbox could not handle such graphics and processing necessary to play the game correctly.
