How do you remove sticker glue?
In the store you would buy hair glue/extentions, you can purchase a white coconut smelling hair glue remover. It will take out all the stickiness also. Its in a white bottle with a red lid.
I usually wash my hair, and scrub my head really really good with the shampoo and my fingers and pull out my extentions before rinsing the shampoo out, it will usually slide right out if you pull the extention out from the very bottom end of the hair rather than trying to pull it right off your scalp. You will lose way less hair.
To remove the glue left over, using the remover, get a comb and comb through and get all the big balls of glue out, then use a small tooth comb to get the small ones out.
Dont use baby oil, it doesnt work and it will just make your hair look oily for days.

Epoxy Adhesive for garage door threshold?
While many epoxies will claim to bond many things I would start by testing a small piece in a inconspicuous area. Clean concrete is a must.
Don't be lured by the quick setting versions of epoxy in the hardware store. In my experience the 90 min-4 hr types will bond best.
If your test fails and the epoxy stays on the concrete, try passing a flame over the surface of the rubber (be careful not to melt or burn it). Use proper safety instructions and do it outside. In many cases this will open the surface to the adhesive.
Special Polyurethanes (caulking or liquid) may also be useful for this application. Urethane is more flexible and may survive the traffic effect better. An added plus is they like to bond to concrete

Is Glue and screws the variable costs in a furniture company?
In general, yes, they would be - along with wood or aluminum, upholstery if that is the kind of furniture you make. Think of it this way if your whole company in a year made 1 chair - how much material would you need to get it done. If you then got an order for 100 chairs, you would have to buy more material to build those chairs. Whatever you had to buy to build the chairs is a variable cost. It varys based on orders.

Surgical glues and adhesives are used to attach organs, structures, or tissues to each other or to effect repair. These may include single components, such as cyanoacrylates or fibrin glue, or may be enhanced by incorporating additional hemostatic or sealant properties, (e.g., a combination of collagen and thrombin, or a combination of thrombin, collagen and fibrin). Although "surgical sealants" and "surgical glues" are sometimes used synonymously, stronger adhesion distinguishes glues for their ability to provide a level of structural strength.
