What is the press-repress system of golf scoring?
A press bet in match play is the beginning of a new competition. For example, if you are playing a match, and after 5 holes you are down two holes, you may be able to press, that is, begin another match for the remaining holes, without stopping the original 18 or 9 hole match. If you then get ahead on the new press , your opponent may re-press you for even another match, which will be comprised of the remaining holes.

A caddy typically contains various items organized for specific purposes, such as toiletries, gardening tools, or crafting supplies. In a bathroom caddy, you might find shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels, while a gardening caddy could include gloves, pruning shears, and seed packets. The organization helps keep items easily accessible and tidy. Overall, the contents depend on the caddy's intended use.
Do golf pros use same clubs from tounament to tournament?
Generally the pros appear to keep their clubs for a good time. They would usually find a driver and fairway woods that suits them and keep these for a while, they would also keep their irons for a while as well but would occasionally check them to make sure the loft and lies are correct. They would change their irons if the manufacturer brings out a new range, and also if the grooves get worn down. With the wedges, pros would change them quite often to ensure the grooves are always sharp so they can get plenty of spin and keep control over the ball. They would usually keep their putter for a couple of years, Tiger Woods is an example of this, they do this so they are not getting readjusted to a new one ever so often.

He has only missed 6 cuts as a professional, 2 of which have come in major championships (2006 US Open and 2009 The Open). Which is a very impressive record for around 13 years on tour. (He missed the cut in the 1996 Masters but that was as an amateur)
What is a G iron in golf used for?
The reason a one iron is so hard to hit is because it has such little loft on it, which makes it hard to get the ball airbourne and also have any control over it. Even though a 3 wood would have less loft, they are designed with the centre of gravity in the best place to get the bair in the air and also give you moderate control.

Most medals in olympic history?
The Olympic awards three medals.
The first is a gold medal, he/she/they is the winner of that event they compete in. That athlete or athletes stand in the middle of the podium and hear his/her national anthem played during the medal ceremony.
The second is a silver, He/she/they finish second directly or indirectly based on time, score, or agreement. He/she stands to the right of the gold medalist during the award ceremony. If the gold medalist is disqualified because of certain post event regulations (doping or underage regulations). The silver medalist will be the Olympic champion and accept the gold medal in the process.
The last medal given is the bronze medal. This is for the athlete who finished third in a race or win the bronze medal match. They stand to the left of the gold medalist. In some sports (boxing), their are two bronzr because their is no bronze medal match or because of the rules of the sport.
Some athletes find that winning an medal is an achievement, some will find that an achievement is winning as many as possible under rule regulations.
Michael Phelps, argubly the greatest Olympic Champion of all times, won 8 gold medals in a single Olympic.
Others less known atheltes, Chris Huffins, a decathlete, says "Their are as many gold medalist as their are bronze medalist." Althought it might sound true at first, it is a very radical statement and does not always apply to all sports (boxing). Also, a gold medalist can alos be bronze medalist, but is still titled as "Olympic gold medalist" in advertisements. Huffins won a bronze in the decathlon at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
Same problem here. Your hands are ahead of the club face at impact and the face hasn't had time to square up. I've found that just slowing down my normal swing will straighten the ball flight out a lot. The pro's I've seen giving clinics on the Golf Channel usually recommend setting the club face square with the fairway, then closing your stance so your feet are aimed to the right side of the target, with the back foot turned to the outside of the stance about 30 degrees. Then, you swing along the line of the feet, not the club face. This effectively closes the club face. If I had a sure-fire cure, I'd be giving those clinics on TV instead of in here anwsering questions. :-) Good luck with the swing.
