What is up with the duck sticker in Gorillaz?
The duck sticker is just one of the well known fun things that is associated with the Gorillaz. The duck is also a tattoo on the drummers arm as seen in a few pictures. Some other well know items would be the I <3 Yoko stickers or even the Owl logo seen on Noodle's shirt and as a sticker.
Can people get the same eyes as 2D's from Gorillaz if so how?

They were about to send her home when they actually heard her play an expert guitar solo. So that was when Noodle joined the band and has been in it ever since. So no, Paula and Noodle are not the same person.
