theoretically you can, but their average is about 3.3 GPA, and their average ACT is a 21. you have a shot if you apply very early and have a higher than 21 on the ACT.

im a senior in high school near metro Detroit, i had a 3.4 and 26 on the act and i was accepted, good luck to you! Also, i just found out very recently that GVSU is the 2nd hardest school in Michigan to be accepted to, with UofM-Ann Arbor being the first.

Like he said but i have a different story, I had a 2.8 GPA and a 23 on the ACT and even than i was almost wait listed.

This can not be answered. There are different school systems, some countries have no schools, testing/measurement are varied, grading is varied, school days are longer/shorter, and there are other factors.

First of all, you don't need a 4.0 GPA to be admitted to Harvard. Harvard considers a lot of things such as extracurricular activties, teacher recommendations, SAT I or SAT or ACT test scores, leadership in the community. There is also a foreign language requirement.

Any school is an option for you with a 3.75 GPA. But, keep in mind that colleges want to see well-rounded individuals. Make sure you have some volunteer experience, a couple of extracurricular activities, and a thorough essay. A study-bug student with a 4.0 with no social skills, no extracurricular activites, and basically nothing to show for their high school career doesn't always have a "leg up" on you.

Good question. Although UW is not an Ivy league school, it still is one on the top 50 colleges and universities in the nation. UW considers the GPA more important than how much average universities do. 53% of accepted applicants from 2009 had GPA of 3.75 or higher. So it can be interpreted that at least 3.5 with superb essay is needed for getting into UW.

Yes. You are on the right path for college. Keeping up your work and getting high test scores on college exams should get you into college.
