What is the lowest GPA you can have to get into the Texas longhorns?

There is no set GPA requirement for any college. The lower your GPA, then the more involved you better be at extracurricular activities such as sports and the arts. Also, colleges do not look at a GPA alone; they look at it along with the classes you took and your SAT/ACT scores.

Have anyone every got denied law school after the first semester my GPA 1.99-?

No, people with very low GPA after an academic year and not first semester are usually denied progress in the law school.

When finding high school GPA do you add yearly final grades and divide by 4 or all of the grades from highschool and divide by the total number of them?

If your grades are on a 4.0 scale, then you add up all the grades and then divide by the number of grades.

However, many schools weight harder classes differently, so it could be that a 2.0 earned in a very hard class may correspond to a 4.0 in an easy class, or a 4.0 in a hard class might actually correspond to a 5.0 or 6.0 in an easy class. Thus, you need to ask the school for a list of classes and how they are weighted for GPA purposes.

What are the GPA requirements for Texas A and M?

2.50 cumulative if transferring 12-23 hours and 2.25 cumulative if transferring 24 or more hours. They may even consider you if you have a 2.00 but you must write an essay and they will look at your pattern of study on your transcripts. 2.8 is not correct unless you are transferring to the college of architecture, you need a 3.0 and for the business school, you need a 2.75

What college has a GPA of 3.89?

How calculate a cumulative GPA?

Hi!

Calculating your GPA isnt a very easy question. Some people add .3 for pluses, and subtract .3 for minuses! However, if you are asking the overall, EXACT, ORIGINAL way then this is how you would calculate!

C has 6 classes. She got:

Math=C

Physical Education= B

History=D

Chemistry=F

Literature=B

Tech.= B

When adding your GPA:

A=4

B=3

C=2

D=1

F=0

So we add up sarahs points for her grades, and her point value adds up to 12. If you do not understand from this point on, read over this again, and try to calculate.

So because she has 6 classes, she must divide her number of points, by her number of classes! She has 12 points, and six classes. 12 divided by 6 is 2! So sarah has a 2.0!

Hope this helped!

What type of law schools do I have a chance of being accepted with a 3.67 GPA in mechanical engineering and a lsat score of 152?

Check law school rankings, which will show you the 25-75% range for a particular school. I'd work on getting that LSAT score up, though. A 3.85 GPA generally correlates with a higher LSAT score.

None that will actually get you a job as a lawyer when you graduate. Unless you want to go to law school for fun, study hard and retake the LSAT.

What is the GPA requirement to get into James Madison University?

What sat score will get you in Michigan university if you have a 3.0 GPA?

its not really about the SAT but more the ACT and u would pretty much need to own it to get into Michigan with a 3.0. however, the ACT is last on what colleges consider. they consider a lot of other things before test score like volunteering and extra curricular activities. unless those are outstanding i don't think u will get into Michigan, no offense.
