There really is no actual way to get into space in GTA 4, but there is a similar glitch in the Ballad of Gay Tony. Fly a helicopter to the top of the building in Algonquin with the purple edges (near Star Junction). There will be a set of doors on the south end of the skyscraper. Go through them until you fing the eleavator shaft, then go down it. Walk around the area after you exit the shaft and keep hitting Y (xbox) until it looks like Luis is climbing down a ladder. Go down the ladder and you should be in a space-like area. However, you should save your game before you do this because there is no way out of there unless you restart the game.

its because you didn't get that far in the game to remove it. You need to complete a certain amount of missions to remove the barricade

first, enable the increase car speed cheat(up, L1, R1, up, right, up, x, L2, x, L1)

then, enable the max vehicle stats cheat(SQUARE, L2, X, R1, L2, L2, LEFT, R1, RIGHT, L1, L1, L1)

then, enable the cars fly cheat(square, down, L2, up, L1, circle, up, x, left)

next go to the 8 track mission

then while driving in the mission fly out of the stadium and you will be sucked into a black hole

lastly, wait until it says you are disqualified and just go out to the streets and

rare cars will be there like the turismo

The "optional" safehouse is obtained only if you kill Playboy X. That way, you get his high-end penthouse with a unique outfit in its wardrobe.

no one knows, but i will tell you the game is huge! it takes 12 minutes for me to get from the 1st island to the 3rd with a super fast car and my avoiding traffic skills.

You can still see The Lost clubhouse in TBOGT, it is in the same place as it was in TLAD, which is Acter, in Alderney. Johnny and his friends burnt it out in TLAD, and it is inacessible to Luis in TBOGT.

Stevie will text Niko after he has completed the "No. 1" mission, racing with Brucie. The texts from Stevie include a photo of the vehicle he wants and a brief description of where it can be found. Once Niko has found a vehicle, Stevie will eventually text him again about the next one he wants Niko to get, and so on.

I don't recall an annihilator being in Bohan. I think the nearest one to there would be the one by Francis International Airport which spawns after the game completes. As this is on the runway area it attracts a four star wanted rating as soon as Niko starts to jack it. If you want to hang on to it but need to get rid of the 4 star rating, just land it in any suitable area near a safehouse, run Niko in to lie on the bed (you don't need to actually save), and when he gets up again, the wanted stars should have gone and he can go back out to the annihilator.
