Um. Actually, I just got a 6 star wanted level for shooting 1 cop and I already had 3 stars. The cop was wearing a trench coat. So therefore it was practically undercover or something like that.
Why is broker bridge closed in gta iv?
It will be because you haven't completed enough missions yet. After the mission 'blow your cover' has been completed(about 30 missions in)all bridges leading to algonquin(including broker bridge) will open up.

Where are the cars Stevie wants you to steal in GTA IV?
Regarding the "steal to order" missions for Stevie (Brucie's friend - Brucie gets Stevie to text Niko after the "No. 1" mission). There are 30 vehicles in this section, and Stevie will send Niko a text for each vehicle request, with a picture and some location details. Once Niko has got the right vehicle (a message on the screen will confirm this when Niko gets behind the wheel), he has to take them to Stevie's garage in Bohan, which is marked on the map with a car icon. It's not far from Niko's safehouse in Bohan.
Once Niko has completed the 30 vehicles, this will count towards the 100% completion of the game. But, Niko can continue to make money and steal cars and sell them to Stevie by taking them to the garage.

How do iPhone on Grand Theft Auto iv?
I made some notes regarding this, so I hope they will be useful:
For Niko's cell phone on GTA IV (for the PS3): If you click up once on the directional button you get the "Whiz" screen. Then press "X" to get the main menu screen, which lists:
Phonebook (listing short dial for friends and associates)
Messages (showing any text messages received)
Organizer (for appointments etc.)
Camera
Multiplayer
Options (for changes to Ringtone, Keypad tone, Sleep Mode)
SIXAXIS Tutorial
Press "X" to select the required item.
If you want Niko to dial a number, including cheat codes, press the directional button upwards twice, and you will get the blank screen ready for number input. Use the directional button to go to the numbers you require, pressing "X" to select each number, then select the telephone icon on the left hand side to ring that number.
To enter cheat codes:
Enter cheats during normal gameplay. Find the cheat you want to enter, activate Niko's cell phone as above and put in the numbers using the directional buttons. When the cheat is entered a message will be seen saying "Cheat Activated".
To block unwanted calls:
If you want to stop Niko's mobile phone receiving calls temporarily when you are still playing the game, you can go into the Options menu and find the Sleep Mode and disable the phone. When the Sleep Mode is functioning, a tiny telephone icon will appear to show that it is on. But, if the phone is in Sleep Mode, you have to remember that it can stop the mission flow, and you would have to unlock the Sleep Mode to continue in the game properly.
If any of the friends call and you are not ready to go out with them, accept the invitation to go out and then shortly afterwards call them back and Cancel Plans. That way they will accept the cancellation but it does not lose Niko any percentage of their friendship.
