How can a US citizen marry an illegal alien in the US if the alien has no photo ID?
That person can go to the consulate or embassy of her/his home country and see about obtaining a photo I.D. If that person is from Mexico, s/he can obtain a Matricula Consular. Nevada is the best place to get married. A social security number is not necessary. I married my illegal alien husband there. He just had one picture I.D. They asked for his social security number and we said he didn't have one. It wasn't a problem.
You can go to Las Vegas and do it there if he has his id from where ever he came from he can do it with that but dont put down any fale information. and qwestions feel free to e-mail me
How can one make a pocket business card holder?
To make a pocket business card holder you can make on from a playing card. You can try the craftstylishwebsite for templates and directions. The best thing would be to buy one.
Go to your local courthouse and request citizenship documentation or information as to where you can receive these.
No, I really don't think so.
I'm not sure how it would be different than appearing to be your funds being used. If you went there and they gave it to you, and you used it here...even if you had them send it to you as they help with your affairs from there, it wouldn't be taxable income to you.
or alternatively, if they and you were here, and they gave it to you, as a family gift it wouldn't be income taxable to you, but something called "gift taxable" by them. However, I suspect that as non-citizens, this tax wouldn't apply to them either.
What is the fastest way for a Filipina wife to be with her US citizen husband living in US?
so bring her as tourist then do this- Get a Green Card While Inside the United States
One Step Process
Certain people are eligible to apply for a green card (permanent residence) while inside the United States. An immediate relative relationship allows you to apply on Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, to become a permanent resident at the same time your U.S. citizen petitioner files Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. For more information on filing for permanent residence in one step, see our Concurrent Filing page.
Two Step ProcessYou still have the option to file your I-485 application any time after your petitioner files a Form I-130, for you, as long as it has not been denied. Generally, you will need to submit a copy of Form I-797, Notice of Action, with your Form I-485, that shows the Form I-130 petition is either pending or approved.
Step One - Your U.S. citizen immediate relative must file the Form I-130 for you and it must be either pending or approved.
Step Two - After you receive Form I-797, Notice of Action, showing that the Form I-130 has either been received by us or approved, then you may file Form I-485. When you file your I-485 application package, you must include a copy of the Form I-130 receipt or approval notice (the Form I-797). For more information on filing for permanent residence, see our Adjustment of Status page.
Can a US green card holder travel to Spain without a visa?
The fact that you hold a US "green card" is essentially irrelevant. What matters is the relationship whatever country you are a citizen of has with Spain.
US Citizens, with a US passport, can enter Spain for up to 90 days without a visa. You should check with your country's embassy or consulate to determine whether you can legally enter Spain without a visa.
Your green card has different name that your passport can you travel outside the us?
This is from the CBP.gov website... "Foreign nationals that are lawful permanent residents of the U.S. must present a Permanent Resident Card ("Green Card", INS Form I-551), a Reentry Permit (if gone for more than 1 year), or a Returning Resident Visa (if gone for 2 years or more) to reenter the United States. U.S. LPRs are not required by the U.S. to have a passport for travel, although most foreign destinations will require you to have one to enter their country. (LPRs that are out of the U.S. for more than 180 days are subject to new immigrant inspection procedures as per 8 USC 1101.)" So, should be no problem. The foreign country will check your passport, and the US will check your green card.
You need to seek legal advice because of the child. If your husband has been visiting the child, then he still has a right to see him/her. No matter what your feelings are towards your husband that is your child's father. You can get a divorce, but there will probably be stipulations to visitation rights. It's best to seek legal advice. If you are both fair about it this should be an easy process, but could take up to a year for you to receive your papers because the courts are busy. Good Luck Marcy
I have more of a comment: I noticed in my research that it seems harder for a person who was brought here as a child when they had no say than for and adult who is here illegally. Why are there more ways for a CAnadian to be here legally than a Mexican national. Especially, ones brought here as children.

Your green card has no expiration date?
USCIS has proposed a rule requiring replacement of Green Cards that do not have an expiration date, but that rule still has not been made into law. On Dec 11 2007 USCIS issued this stmt: "Despite rumors to the contrary, 'green cards' (I-551) with no expiration dates are still valid, and lawful permanent residents carrying those cards will continue to receive all appropriate benefits. These cards will remain valid until the implementation of the final rule addressing this issue."

Can a Canadian citizens who has an expired green card be deported?
Yes, because you are no longer a lawful permanent resident. Please contact the nearest USCIS office and have the situation resolved because if you wait until they catch you, not only they will deport you; you may be subject to additonal penalties.
Under exceptional circumstances, they may allow you to renew your card if you go and let them know.
The reason for deportation is that, unlike Canada, Green Card holders must always carry their valid card with them. It's the law and it must be obeyed.
If you were successful in renewing your card, consider applying for citizenship immediately. When you become a citizen, you don't have to carry proof of citizenship.

Could you get your learners at cairo Georgia with your green card?
Truth be told, I could get a toad to understand your question, withOUT a green card, if I understood what the H E double hockey sticks you are asking!!!
But here's my best attempt. A green card has only one use: to identify you as a legal permanent resident of the USA. Anyone offering employment to you has a right to ask you if you are a legal resident and then deny you employment if you cannot prove you are.
As for Cairo, Georgia, I don't believe the laws are any different there than in the rest of the US -- :-) Good LUCK!
What is the analysis for the poem confession of the green card bearer?
Confessions of the Green Card Bearer is a poem by Fatima Lim. Analysis of the poem reveals that it is about an immigrant to the USA.
You have to make up your mind to either have her go with you or you will have to go to Immmigration and go through the red tape of staying with her. The sooner you decide this the better. Meanwhile, you could have her visit you if it's possible until all papers are finalized. * Legally the only option the non citizen has is to file an appeal regarding the deportation. Even so, it's not likely he will be allowed to remain in the US. Depending upon how long he has been out of status within the country the US citizen can apply for a fiance visa for him (assuming they want to marry). FYI, marrying a US citizen will not prevent an unlawfully present foreign national from being deported.
