Well...yes they do. They just spoke pot and cigarettes. When they were way younger like around their late teens they used to do speed every now and then but once they had kids they straightened up. Which i think was very mature for them to do. :}

Yeahh im a HUGE green day fan myself, and i know that Billie Joe Armstrong gets along great with his wife Adrienne, Tre WAS married 2x and he divorced to them both, and Mike just had a baby on October 11th Brixton Michael (isnt that cute) to his girlfriend; Im not shure if there going to get married.. i hope so though.. You can't generalize it as "Green Day", it must be broken down into each amazing member of the band. But yes, they all have done a large range of drugs, including Cocaine, Meth, Crack, and more. This is where some of their songs come from.

Paranoia isn't song that Green Day made. If you mean the covered song by Black Sabbath "Paranoid" then that's not on any Album.
