For food, the Yanomami eat most of what the jungle can offer, which is quite a wide variety of foods. They feast on all kinds off edible fare ranging from snakes, wild pigs, monkeys, deer, and jaguars to varieties of insects, larvae, fish, crabs, wild honey, plantain, sweet potato, and palm fruits. By world health standards, the Yanomami enjoy a high standard of living. Nevertheless the voracity of the Yanomami's hunting practices has in the past been highly exaggerated, taking into account that upwards of eighty to ninety percent of the food eaten by the Yanomami tribes is from their gardens. Of course the Yanomami have to hunt to survive but they are equally - if not more - committed to the cultivation of their gardens. It has been debated that the Yanomami actually lack protein in their diet because they eat so much more fruit and vegetables than meat produce. :)

Low protein in vegans is not a problem, there's plenty of protein in vegetables and fruit. The USDA RDA for protein is 50g/day where as the average vegan gets about 70 gm of protein per day. In actuality, only about 20g/day of protein is needed to maintain good health.

1. solar panels for electricity.

2. use papers made from hemp.

3. use only natural chemicals.

4. try to minimize , clean and find a second usage for industrial wastes.

recycle , reuse and reduce. The simpler the chemicals and processes are , its most probably safer .

Water scarcity is a problem around the world because only two percent of water on earth is fresh water. Also more of that water is being polluted.

some people feel it is a thing that a good citizen would do, but alot of people do it for the community. when people " go green" it means they are making a choice to stop polluting and start helping. People will recycle, clean up and make a cycle of doing these things. People who are going green use recycled materials, plant trees and plants, help clean water and the side of the roads, and help make things out of recycled objects. Schools have bought recycle bins and wentzville middle school and others have used recycling can bins at lunch. All the kids will also recycle soda tabs and help the community. The schools have been doing a cycle on taking recycleables and been dumping them in bigger bins and taking them to a recycle yard. Green homes have been a hudge thing between people. The green homes intend to have solar panels, no electric use, recycled material, and earth friendly furniture materials.

Some green homes are very big and have solar panel covered controled pools.

Yes, glassine bags are biodegradable. Glassine is manufactured by a process called calendering. After pulping and drying sheets are passed through rollers so that the paper fibers are flattened out and facing in the same direction. To maximize the smoothness and thinness of the paper the glassine goes through this process several times. Since glassine is made of only paper it is biodegadable. Water vapor (that has evaporated) condenses into cloud droplets in the cooler atmosphere. Many of these droplets form clouds. When enough water molecules with the clouds form together, they become too heavy for the upward flowing air to keep them in the cloud. Many people are now turning to solar panels in areas of the world such as the USA and Great Britain. They are a clean, green way for powering homes and many other places with electricity so it isn't really that suprising.

If you would like to know exactly where solar panels are used...then people install them on their home roofs for electricity, next to train lines for train signals, on outdoor solar lights for lovely lighting outside, in football and sports stadiums for lighting and powering the scoreboards...virtually anywhere!!

copper isn't even an energy in the first place. It conducts power and releases and carries energy from one pace to another. but know it is not a non-renewable or renewable resource.

Biodegradable materials will rot, weather, or rust and 'return to nature'. Wood, paper, and even most metals are biodegradable to various degrees. Nonbiodegradable materials will not break down naturally. Most plastics and synthetic materials are nonbiodegradable.
