If you mean a pump wiring diagram, it depends what kind of pump you have, submersible or Jetpump. Both are very simple wiring and don't need a diagram. Both should be installed by a qualified well technician.

A low cost carbon filter can reduce the mineral taste of water. You have probably seen them, they install on your faucet. If these filters are what you would refer to as high price (20-50 bucks), then kool-aid is what you need.

It's excellent, charcoal should be further treated and turned into activated carbon to give it more surface area but in the absence of that process and all you have is charcoal; it does a pretty good job

The air pressure should be 2-3 psi LESS than the pressure switch cut on. If you have a good 30/50 switch, then 27-28 psi air is good. (this is measured when tank is almost empty of water.)
Total pressure with this switch should never be more than about 58 psi

Sounds like you have a "water logged " ptressure tank. Switch pump off and drain water almost to bottom, then check air pressure at top nipple. if it's less than 20 psi or so, that's your problem. Try pumping it at the top with a small compressor. Put 30 psi in then turn on pump and see if it's better. If it's a bladder tank there are possibly pin holes in bladder.

That is 'artesian' not artisan. An artisan is a person who is expert in a trade. An artesian well is one where subterranean pressure forces the water to the surface.

The tank comes with a residual air pressure of about 40 PSI. This can be regulated through the air nipple at top of tank. If you are going to use 30/50 as is common, then set tank air to 28 by adding or letting air out of this nipple while the tank is empty of water. After setting this pressure, adjust the pressure switch to come ON at 2 psi above this , ie 30 PSI. Now when the water level lowers in the bladder the pump will switch ON before the tank is empty. If tank residual pressure is very low on an old tank it is possible that your bladder has holes.

The water from the water bodies of the earth evaporates by using the heat of the sun and turns in to water vapor that is the gaseous form of water. The water vapor rises in to the air.

The next step is that the water vapor when it rises above the hot atmosphere of earth, it stars cooling. Due to the cooling of water vapor, the water vapor again changes into tiny droplets of water, which form clouds as the next step.
