Guinea Pigs are a lot more favorable. Hamsters are true escape artists. They can easily escape any cage with wire walls or no ceiling. Guinea Pigs, on the other hand, just need more space, and almost never even attempt to escape. Guinea Pig cages can have no ceiling and wire walls, resulting in a much cheaper cage. I don't recommend polishing guinea pig's nails at all because of everything that is used to make nail polish is not really good. Even the smell , it is very strong and you wouldn't want to harm your guinea pig with whatever is in the nail polish.

Well,the girl guinea pig will choose a boy because they will be all over here and then get pregnent.Maybe she can get pregnant by diffrent male guinea pigs but i think it is unlikely.

I'm not SURE, but my guinea pigs mom that lived with her died, and she seemed a bit sadder. However, she randomly died about half a year later. We still aren't sure why.

If you have bought them when they have been loving together from very ! early stages of there life yes they will be ok living together but if you purchous them seporoutly do NOT !!! put them together they will fight and it wont be nice it can end up with brocken bones no ears blindness and eveen death ! if you want your guiniea pig to have a friends to live with make sure you buy another guinie pig ,, if you already have a feamale you can get another femal or a male but if you have a male guiniea pig dont buy another male as they will alsoo fight !!

its not best to make a splint for your piggy as it can cause them more discomfort and not really help them. its best to ask your local vet and they can get your piggy measured and get a 'tailored' splint for them.

Guniea pigs can get cold i took it to a vet and they said it is common for a guinea pig to get a cold

and they recommended a anitbiotic specifically made for guinea pigs- which helped my guinea pig

No pig food IS NOT good for guinea pigs. Guinea pigs have a very sensitive digestive system. Guinea pigs also require a different diet then regular pigs. A guinea pig is not part of the pig family. Guinea pigs need alot of vitamin c and vegetables. It is very important not to feed your Piggy any food that says it is for other animals. Make sure it says for guinea pigs specifically on the package. I have one guinea pig and he eats nothing but the best quality food. Guinea pigs mostly get there vitamin c from vegetables you feed them but they can get it from pellets that have vitamin c in them and is made just for them.

i think an average guinea pig should 5-15 times a day i can ensure you if they have more they are perfectely fine for an example my guinea pig did about 30 one day but that was because it had a big meal.
