Sows only have one uterus, but have two long uterine horns which are able to house as many offspring as she can. The uterine horns are designed by nature so that they can have each fetus with their own placenta to live and grow from. Pigs are an ideal meat animal because of their high offspring numbers, their length of gestation, and their ability to grow quickly and efficiently.

For the health of the guinea pig, I recommend you do NOT take him/her in the shower! The water would overpower him/her and they would probably drown...

Well it depends on the pig. If they are siblings then they will probably get along. If your pig is laid back and so is the other one they should get along. (I recommend a boy and a girl together. Just make sure they're neutered!)

It is a fact that your guinea pig can not eat mum flowers. If they expolde or die eating them.... well...... YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE FED THEM IT! :(

Absolutely not. If you are talking about Syrian hamsters and mongolian gerbils then they are both incredibly territorial and would likely kill each other. Syrian hamsters are solitary and cannot even be kept with other Syrians.

Mongolian gerbils do well in pairs or groups of their own kind, but you cannot even introduce a lone adult to a lone adult without a splitcage as they are highly territorial and would fight an intruder to the death.

Hamsters and gerbils also need different types of cages. It is vital that a gerbil has a tank as part of its cage since they need plenty of room and substrate to dig whereas a hamster cannot be kept in a tank due to the ventilation and health problems it would cause.

Cohabiting different types of rodent should only rarely be attempted and only be an experienced rodent keeper. There are only a very few examples where it can work, and the vast majority of cases you would just end up with dead pets.

No.Guinea pigs dont have a way to get rid of air in their bodys so feeding them gassy foods such as beens, broccoli, and cauliflower is a bad idea.

Don't use borax on your dog. It can be used to kill fleas and flea eggs that are between the cracks in the floor or in the carpet. Borax dries out the flea eggs and they don't hatch.

You can also pour borax into your vacuum cleaner bag and vacuum everything thoroughly so that any of the sucked up fleas will die inside the bag.

A doe can get pregnant at 3 months. They BOTH need to be spayed and neutered first and they need to be bonded or they will fight and possibly one or the other or both can be injured badly or killed.

Yes it's fine to keep one guinea pig, you would just have to give it LOTS of attention every day!! It's always best for the guinea pigs to have at least two for companion-ship since their social animals, but as long as you can give it lots of attention it's okay to have one too. Good luck!

If u have no guinea pig food left it is ok to give ur guinea pigs some weetabix dry. It is ok for them to eat because it is weat and that is good for them!

Certainly not, kids have no competance with the care of small animals. And then what do you considrer a kid and what do you considre a hamster? Aslo, but incendental, hamsters will bite children who abuse them, something to be expected from kids and their doing with hamsters.... It's called self defense. If you were a hampster, what would you do? Bite in self defense.

I have had mice and rats both. Both of which did nothing more than squeak.
