It's all the storyline. In Halo CE, Chief was fighting covenant to end the war, during that, he was distracted by 343 to do some favors for him. While he did that, he saw a tape recording the flood killing the marines stationed there. After some heavy looking, it turns out the covenant accidentally released the flood. Skipping the end. In Halo 2, the elites were failing to protect the prophets. (Brutes were already joined with the covenant at this time) The elites wer e getting worse and worse and the brutes knew this. The chieftan used this as his opportunity to control the prophet into believing that the brutes could replace the elites, and they did. They both fought for the prophet, but the elites failed, being rejected by the prophet. In Halo 3, the elites befriended the humans to "destroy the covenant" but rumored (by a hidden audio log) to have only joined to fight the brutes. The Arbiter is the only one who believes the covenant is wrong and has fully joined with the humans. In Halo 4, the elites are fighting the humans again. Why? We'll see.

on campaign you press the start button if its on xbox or the [esc] button if on computer and clik on save last checkpoint unfortunatly if ur a little bit ahead of ur last checkpoint u will have to start from the checkpoint thatyou saved it at next time you play again but at the start of a new level im pretty sure it will automaticly save.

This question can't be answered without more information. What version 1903 is it? The 1903's, and 1903 A3's were mass produced. Are the scope mounts original or did Bubba mount it in the garage? Does the rifle have an original stock or an aftermarket stock. Is the barrel cut down? The 1903 Springfield tends to be a widely "modified" rifle where the original versions are worth much more than the "bubbaized" versions.

It also depends on the make such as the M. 1903A3, used by most American snipers in World War Two as well as the late 1930's and early 1940's U.S. Marine Corps. These rifles too are roughly the same price range but of course these rifles were also made into the sniper rifle versions you're talking about. I've seen ORIGINAL sniper versions of the M. 1903A3 sell up to $2300 but the ones who were converted by civilian means to take a scope mount are worth much less. These often go for about $750-$1200. Yes, there is infact a CD key for every retail version of Halo Combat Evolved PC. It should have been located on the paper case that the halo installation and play disk was located when you opened the package. You need that CD to register the product and to play the game itself. If you are trying to play a multiplayer game of any kind and are trying to use one disk for to people to play on the same game and same server it will not work as the second person to join the game will not be allowed to join due to the same CD key.

I played the whole Halo: CE campaign with a PC USB Gamepad, just plug and play I don't think you need any drivers but in case you do just install the disc that came with the controller.
