Is it possible to get a Charlie Horse in your foot?
Most definitely! Unfortunately I get them too often(usually in bed -bad timing I might add) How to get rid of them I need to know.
Someone probably meant dorsiflexion aka pulling the toes closer to your shin.
Its counterpart would be plantar flexion, hence the idea of plantar extension.
Tbh, i also prefer the term of plantar extension, due to its clear indication that we are talking about something close to the foot; dorsum could be misinterpreted here as the back of the torso. (Even though for anatomists, the word dorsiflexion is reserved for ankle movement only.)
cheers

What is this weird feeling in the bottom of my foot- more details in answer?
It's a stinging feeling along the soft part of the bottom of my foot. I get it every once in a while if I get up and start walking. It feels like there are a bunch of fibers under my skin, and one snaps if I let the bottom of my foot stretch out too much. It comes on abruptly sometimes when I step, and the stinging gets more intense until I take weight off of it for a couple of seconds, after which it completely disappears. I spent a week or so backpacking in Colorado wearing fairly new boots and holding a little over half my weight on my back and noticed it when I came home and stopped wearing the boots.

What is 1996 fl uniform pir schedule?
A Florida specific method of rating an injured workers impairment by his physician.
It sounds like you have severe pain in your fingers that comes and goes. A number of things could be causing the pain, ranging from peripheral vascular disease, neurological causes such as nerve compression, and medical conditions such as arthritis. Of all of the likely possibilities one that fits what you have described is gout or gouty arthritis. This is caused by deposition of uric acid crystals into the joints. Without knowing what you have done about it, it's a little hard to advise you as to what to do but seeing a doctor would be a good start. The doctor can order tests for gout, such as blood levels of uric acid, and other tests that might be indicated by further history and examination. There are medications to reduce the level of uric acid in the blood and if you do have gout, these should reduce the frequency and severity of the symptoms. The doctor might also recommend that you change your diet to reduce the amount of uric acid in your body. If you are unwilling or unable to see a physician, you can search the 'net for websites that have information about living with gout. Good luck.
When you have had a broken bone the alignment of the joints nearby can be affected. Even though the bone may have healed the nearby joints could have been thrown slightly out of place which can lead to damage in the cartilage, which in turn will lead to pain. there is no cure for this problem at present. however it would be wise to seek treatment with your doctor in order to find out what would be the best way to deal with the problem to reduce pain and further damage.
A thorough history and physical exam is always necessary for the proper diagnosis of heel spurs and other foot conditions. X rays of the heel area are helpful, as excess bone production will be visible.
How do you treat freon second degree burn on hand and fingers blistered and swollen?
Freon does not actually burn the skin, but rather causes freezing of the skin. The affected body parts should be placed in warm (but not hot) water until the skin is soft, and then the affected body parts should be wrapped in sterile gauze.
Was bitten by a dog in your elbow and now your hands fall asleep?
I would suggest puting some medicated ointment on it, and making sure to still use that arm. If the condition worsens, see a doctor.
If you're experiencing increased pain and difficulty walking after a leg injury, it’s important to consult a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation. Crutches can help relieve weight from the injured leg and reduce pain while walking, but they should be used under medical guidance. Additionally, worsening symptoms may indicate that your injury requires further treatment or rehabilitation. Prioritize seeing a doctor to address your concerns and get appropriate care.
