I had the same problem with my son, I just had to keep washing his hair until I got most of the smell away then I put some Tea Tree oil on his hair and it smelt okay then. Make sure she goes to bed with her hair tied up as the chemicals they put in the lotion aren't that good for their lungs

my grandchildren just got lice, the mother as well,,, ... what do I do and what are the chances of me getting it, she does need me to help

Shave your head. Wash everything in hot water. Spray down furniture mattresses etc with Rid. Bag up stuffed animals etc in an air tight bag for a couple weeks and shake out after.

I dont know about camphor oil. The only thing that i have found that works well is hair color. but after you color you would still need to remove the eggs. they will be dead but they hold on for dear life! Best thing i can offer is to put olive oil in the hair over night with a shower cap on, then next morning comb thru with a lice brush to remove the eggs and then wash hair with dish soap. If you have a really stubborn case, hair bleach is a definite.
