I suspect that you suffer from low blood sugar, also known as hypoglycemia. If you do not want to get a diagnosis from a doctor, you could try changing your diet. Cut out sugar (sugar causes extreme fluctuations in blood sugar level) and increase protein. (Also look up hypoglycemia on google and learn more about it.) If changing your diet doesn't help, you probably should consult a doctor.

the 1st time was an accident....but I now use it all the time for my headaches.I put a small amount on my for head and my upper cheek bones and the bottom of my head where the head and the neck meet.It really works and provides a fresh,cool relief.but be carefull not to get it in your eyes.also u will feel a little uncomfortable sensation in ur eyes when u put it on your for head,,but for me....It worth to get rid of my headache.

If you are suffering from constant headaches, and these headaches seem to be worse with movement, I would advise you to see a doctor. You might be suffering from migraines, you could have a build up of fluid or anything. It is important you get it checked out.
