It probably means that your blood may be too thick.Do you drink enough water?It could be that your blood Is just a bit sluggish but no you shouldn't not bleed.

It depends whether you bleed accidentally or on purpose. It's okay if you have an accident like you scab your knee or cut your finger on a sharp surface.However, it's not okay if you make yourself bleed on purpose like if you cut your wrists due to deppression or something like that. If this is the case then you should talk with someone or get a counselour but don't go down that road.
