How do you change the rear bumper on your 1994 Honda Del Sol?

get a simple auto mechanic kit. using either 9 or 10 size tools, take off the side skirts. (this is necessary to take off the wheel well. after you take off the wheel wells, you will be able to reach the screws behind it to unclip the bumper. it may seem daunting and hard to do, but the only hard part is the clips. make sure you remember where everything goes back for when youre done.

(can anyone else input advice for the screws around the trunk and under the car if any?)

How do you change the rear brakes on 95 del sol?

If it's an si with the disc brakes i just finished doing this on my 95 del sol and i found out the trick to them; you have to use something to push in and twist the caliper piston at the same time, screwing it in like a screw. It has something to do with the parking brake. i got the tutorial from www.Honda-tech.com and I'm just copying and pasting from the site. the tutorial said to use a pry bar like flathead to twist in the piston but i used a pair of needle nose pliers and opened them up a little so the ends were close to the outside of the piston and screwed it in with that. Btw it takes a good bit of force to get it in.

1. Unscrew brake master cylinder cap.

2. Remove lug nuts

3. Remove wheel

4. Using a 10mm socket, remove the two bolts holding the dust shield on.

5. Using a 14mm socket, remove the two bolts holding onto the caliper.

6. Using fingers, remove the brake pads.

7. Using a pry bar like flathead, turn the caliper piston clockwise and push in at the same time to compress the piston.

8. Replace the brake pads.

9. Reverse steps 1-5.
