For 2009 or later Honda Pilot, it is very easier - a 5 minute job - and no tools required. The filters are around $25 from Honda (80292-SHJ-A41) but much cheaper after market. I changed mine at 19K and it was VERY dirty. I would recommend changing every year - especially if you have allergies.
Empty and Open the glovebox. Press the 2 tabs on the sides. Swing the glovebox ALL the way towards the floor so the opening behind the glovebox is fully accessible.
Inside the opening is a black tray - around 8" square. Press the 2 "tabs" on each side of tray and pull the tray out.
Put the new filter in with the arrow on the side of the filter facing DOWN towards the floor. Slide the tray back in. Close the glovebox.
For 2008 and older - you need to cut the plastic tab and take out screws. Much more difficult job.

I followed the instructions (pg # 282) in the manual and I was able to remove the passenger/navigator side headlight. Just in case you don't have the manual : Picture in the manual is helpful but here are the instructions given in the manual. 1. Open the hood If you need to change the head-light bulb on the driver side, remove the air intake cover (see page 262).
2. Remove the electrical connector from the bulb by pulling the connector straight back. 3. Remove the rubber seal by pulling on the tab. 4. Unclip the end of the hold-down wire from its slo. Pivot it out of the way and remove the bulb. 5. Insert the new bulb into the hole, making sure the tabs are in the their slots. Pivot the hold-down wire back in pplace and clip the end into the slot. 6. Install the rubber seal over the back of the headlight assembly. Make sure it is right side up; it is marked "TOP". 7. Push the electrical connector onto the new bulb. Turn on the headlights to test the new bulb. 8. (Driver's side)

First-off, the 2004 Honda Pilot has a special rear arm and you need a wiper with an "B" attachment. You can go to your dealer or I know Trico makes a model 14-B (Exact Fit Rear Integral Blade 14-B). There may be others available too. Application guides are at the store or you can 'lookup wiper size' online to find other options/part numbers. I've got the Trico on my Jeep and it fits/works great.
The replacement rear wiper blade will come with step-by-step, illustrated instructions and once you have the instructions and the wiper blade/arm in your hands in front of you, it will all make better sense and will an easy maintenance task.
Essentially, you rotate the blade to the side and then snap off the blade. The new blade snaps on in the reverse order. Very simple and takes 2-5 minutes usually not requiring any tools.
