Aten-am effects and side effects?
My experience with Neo 40 has been very good. My father is in congestive heart failure. His legs were deep red and purple in color before trying Neo 40. His feet and toes were always cold. I massaged his legs to improve circulation. I asked him to try Neo 40. In one week we saw parts of his feet come back to normal color. His toes were not as cold and he did not complain of feeling as stiff in his joints. He is 88 years old.
I decided to try Neo 40. I am 62. Many women my age suffer with female organ dryness which greatly interferes with sexual enjoyment. I take Neo 40 and respond as though I am 30 years old. I was surprised at this bonus because my intenet when first taking it was too improve my circulation and blood pressure numbers. Neo 40 has done all of that.

What is the best blood pressure reducing tablet on the market?
This is a difficult question to answer, as there is no "one size fits all" treatment for high blood pressure. There are three basic types of treatment for blood pressure: lifestyle treatments, prescription medication, and herbal medicine.
Which method of treatment is best depends on many factors, including the underlying causes of the high blood pressure, and risk factors of various complications or side-effects. Lifestyle treatments are generally the best, and are recommend for everyone. These include modifications to diet, such as avoiding processed foods, sugar, alcohol, and caffeine, increasing aerobic exercise, and lowering stress levels.
Prescription drugs can be very effective for lowering blood pressure, but they are generally less safe than other approaches, and they do not address the underlying causes. A beta-clocker's, such is Inderal(propanolol) is is especially helpful if you also have difficulties keeping your HR <100, Linisopril is what I take to keep my diastolic in check, and now there is a new one, bystolic, intended to work on both systolic and diastolic. Prescription meds are a last resort, generally recommended only when a person's blood pressure is so high as to be life-threatening, and other treatments have not been effective enough.
Herbal treatments are generally not quite as powerful as prescription drugs, but tend to be much safer. Hibiscus tea is one particular treatment that has received extensive scientific study, and has even been found to be as effective as one prescription medicine, the older drug captopril. It is less effective than linisopril, but again, much safer than both of these, as it has been widely used as a beverage for years, and is inexpensive.
Is high blood pressure a side effect of the drug Trileptal?
I have been on Trileptal for 5 years and went from 1800mg to 2100mg 1 1/2 years ago. My blood pressure is rising even though my diet and activity level have remained the same ( fair enough - not high in fats or salts). I am 37. I am wondering if it is the Trileptal. Lithium (which i also use) supposedly does not cause hypertension.
How high can constipation increase blood pressure?
Certainly if you have to "push hard" you risk aneurysm or stroke from the blood pressure increase. Many people have died on the toilet due to this. when you push and "bear down" many muscles of the torso squeeze your blood back to your extremities, especially your head. This action temporarily increases blood pressure, but in a dangerous way. Without constipation you should not have to push at all. Many people in our modern fast food era don't know this because they have always had to push! While you're learning - I really wish that more people would wash themselves after sitting on the toilet rather than just wiping. No matter how thoroughly you wipe you still need to wash it to kill germs. Thank you,
PS - Let's make the world a cleaner, better smelling, more disease free place!
You see, with a few international styled symbols, that last statement would make a great bumper sticker!

Why do arteries not break when blood enters under high pressure?
The Bernoulli Principle which in a nutshell states says faster moving fluids have less pressure so as blood enters the arterie it speeds up reducing its pressure and when it leaves to a bigger blood vessel it slows down again and its presure increases. Also the arterie itself can expand slightly to accomodate higher pressures.
Sodium salts are normally removed from the body by the kidneys, so excess sodium intake may allow more to persist in the circulatory system. The resultant increase of blood volume has been assumed to elevate blood pressure. However, some studies have observed a greater risk of high blood pressure due to lack of calcium and magnesium than for excessive sodium from salt. Bread from commercial bakers can vary greatly in salt, but there are several "low sodium" versions. Sodium propionate is a widely-used preservative, but some breads have now switched to calcium propionate. Low-preservative breads will not keep as long.
