A clicking sound coming from the front end indicates there is something wrong with the axle on that side of the front end and that it might fail. When the clicking sound becomes very audible, have the axle checked. It might cost about $250 to replace the axle. The "axle" is not the type of axle that goes all the way across the car from one wheel to the other. It is only a joint between the front wheel on that side and the steering mechanism.
because your tiburon likes the backward motions.

120 - x = 99
-x = 120 - 99

release the tensioner on the drive belt and remove the old belt. Install the new belt in the same pattern the old belt was. The tensioner is under the power steering and the bolts to release it are on the back side of the pulley. loosen the bolt behind the pulley, then turn to long, sideways bolt to move the pulley to the left or right to adjust tension.
Disconnect both the negative and positive battery terminal leads. Cap the battery terminals to prevent a battery short. Using a jumper cable, connect the negative lead to the positive lead for a few minutes.
BOTH LEADS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BATTERY WHEN CONNECTED TOGETHER!
This process will drain any residual energy from the ECM and PCM. Shifting may be affected while the TCM relearns shift points.

The gas tank on the 2002 Hyundai Sonata holds 17.2 gal..
There are two rectangular plastic lens above the license plate. They are held in place by spring clips, located on the narrow side of the lens. They cannot be seen until you remove the lens.
To remove the lens, insert a flat tip screw driver (covered with electrical tape) on either of the narrow sides, pry the lens out slightly, and then push in the direction the screw driver is already facing. If you correctly engaged the clip with the screwdriver, you will have compressed the clip, and now you can continue to pry with the screwdriver. The lens will now pop out. It's a bit like picking a lock. Once you see how it works, it's very easy to do it again.
Once the lens is out, turn counterclockwise on the bulb holder (sometimes they are pretty snug) to remove it from the lens. The bulb pulls straight out of its socket; no turning.

where are the spark plugs for a Hyundai sonata that the year is 1999
That depends, although sonata's are always for one or a very small group of instruments. Most commonly, piano solo, violin and piano, cello and piano, flute and piano, a wind instrument, a string instrument and a piano... It varies.. But its always a small ensemble.
